Rubbish! Used the self service phtoto booth. It took my money but didn't take a usable photo for my passport. Went to Boots instead.

Only one guy working & boy did he like to talk, a trip that should only have taken 2minutes took about 40mins, time I'll never get back & I was only picking up a parcel 😭

I left them with a cherished 55yr old super 8 ciné film with magnetic sound. It was ready a week later. The soundtrack was crucial. I later found that the staff member had taken it home to doubĺe check the sound. HOW GOOD IS THAT !?

A couple of weeks ago I had to urgently convert some MP4 files to an audio CD for my friend's funeral service and a friend told me that Max Spielmann might be the place to do this. I called the store and spoke to Mark who was very helpful - I went straight to the store once I'd come off the phone and although this is something he'd never needed to do before instore, Mark created my CDs quickly and without fuss. I couldn't have been more grateful for his help, speed and professionalism. Thank you Mark.

I wanted to go here to sort my passport, but unfortunately I couldn't get in the shop at all in my wheelchair. It's a shame that Max Spielmann in Chesterfield is not wheelchair accessible.

Fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent communication and services. I only went in for a passport photo and they advised that if I bring the relevant documents, they can complete the passport application for me. So quick and easy. I have already recommended it to others.

Wanted wallet sized photos and the lady who helped me on the isnaps computer was so helpful and courteous they only cost 99p for a collage of 4 so good value for money. Id never came into this shop before so was left happy that I got what I wanted and customer service was impeccable

Just sorted my wife's birthday present: some photos of the baby grandson. From mobile phone to frames of my choice of style and size, all in five minutes. The guy was as friendly as he was professional. Looks great on our walls. Absolutely what I wanted.

There was so much help available- Mark was great at advising and the resulting canvas was just super. I was delighted. I just think it is a shame metal hangers don't come with the canvas - they were always included by Boots Photo shop, and I am still struggling to find an appropriate one for my daughter's canvas - her birthday present. But overall a very good experience.

I dropped a roll of Ektar professional film off and asked for 7 x 5 prints, which I paid for in advance. He said they would be ready in 40 minutes. I returned just over two hours later - they were not ready. He said 'come back in five minutes'. I gave him 10. When I got the prints home and opened the package (there was a rain storm when I collected them), they were 6 x 4. Very disappointed.

I went in to have passport photos done for my daughter and me and the girl in the shop put us both at ease and took a few photos until we were happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place

Went in to chesterfield on Saturday for some pictures taking of my son and nieces and was met by josh who really couldn't have helped us anymore. He was on his own and the shop was very busy. Bear in mind my son is also autistic he was very patient with him and it was happy for us to keep going until we got the pictures we wanted which luckily my son was in a good mood that day so it didn't take too long to get good pictures but he still managed to serve all the other customers coming in whilst dealing with us as well. Came back an hour later to collect our pictures and the shop was still packed I don't think he got a moments peace that day hopefully he got a well deserved break at some point. We are over the moon with how our pictures turned out and the service provided he is a real credit to the company.
