We decided to take a trip from copenhagen to Berlin, to see the shop, and to buy a starterset, and comebine the trip with some Berlin sightseeing. So today we went to visit ANTSTORE in Berlin. And let me tell You right away, it was a very nice experience. The employes are so nice and helpfull, a nice man gave us a tour around the shop, showed us All the different ant colonies, and told us about Them. We apreciated that very much, thank You for that. They speak english, which is very good for us, since our German is not so great. We already ordered a digfix starterset on their online shop, the quality looks so nice. They cut All the glass for their products in the house, it's a very big shop with a big production area. I like the fact, that their products are made Local. It's a little difficult to find, it has parking in the yard (Free) . And the shop is located on the 1. Floor (No big signs) Remember Cash, No Visa or mastercard accepted. We Will definately come and visit another time. Thanks for a nice time.

Unique place with a lot of interesting thing about ants. I think they should open a museum about ant. I came only with a purpose to visit but in the end i became a customer :). The staffs are very friendly. I was so lucky to have a few minutes to talk with Martin - the founder and the boss. It was wonderful experiences. Highly recommend.

On 9/7/20 I ordered 2 x ANTCUBE Starter Kit L - 20x20 - combi. They arrived safely (since very well packed) 3 days later. In my opinion Antstore has the highest quality products for Ant keeping. They also have a good service and offer expert advice. If you want to keep ants than Antstore is a great choice.

Zwei durch den Lieferanten beschädigte Teile (Arenaeinsatz und Becken) wurden umgehend ersetzt und mit einem anderen Lieferanten verschickt. Der Support war dabei sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So etwas findet man heutzutage leider immer seltener. Hier merkt man richtig die Leidenschaft für die Tiere. Sehr schöne Produkte und Auswahl. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Freu mich schon auf zukünftige Erweiterungen für mein Volk.

Der erste Eindruck hat eher etwas von Lagerverkauf. Man merkt, dass der Fokus vorrangig auf dem Onlinehandel liegt. Die Beratung war dennoch professionell, freundlich und geduldig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

An absolute mecca in Germany for ant fans. The atmosphere is very good, the selection is large and the employees are motivated to help with any question. You can also get impressions and, for example, watch the leaf cutter ants at work. Other species can also be admired and it is fun to walk through the exhibition. Sher gladly again.

Love this store! I am in the US and I received my Antcube Combi (large) from Talis-US in Jan 2024. I couldn't be more impressed with this unique product for antkeeping. It's like old school and new school antkeeping combined, since you get the whole "ant farm" feel from watching tunnels get dug behind the glass, while still enjoying watching ants in the outworld(arena) working/gathering food. I haven't had ants as pets since I was a kid with a Milton ant farm. Having a queen is FAR cooler than anything I had as a kid! Antstore's products are truly unique, highly engineered and well thought out. The DigFix "dirt" plate?? It's genius level. I'm glad to have such cool products for this hobby. I'm 100% going to be ordering more stuff soon.

I ordered “digfix”. On the left is the color advertised, on the right is what I received. When I wrote to support with a picture that my plate was gray and not brown, all I got back was "I would describe it as gray-brown." Very disappointing, what I received looks super unnatural. I don't want to put ants in there...

The quality of the products is very good. As usual from Antstore, the ants arrived in a clean test tube. That's how you want it to be.

Pretty good place. Has ants and other usefull equipment such as tubes, decorations, food for ants and formicariums. I recommend to atleast visit it. There is also a decent variety of ant species to choose from.

I ordered a camponotus cruentatus small colony in this shop. The queen with 4 workers arrived alive and in time, well packaged. But a queen was extremely inactive, didn't react on food and then died as well as one of the workers or some reason. After this ANTSTORE sent me one more queen with workers for free. This colony is healthy and develops well. 5 stars to the shop and staff!

I ordered the starter bundel for Lasius Niger online with antstore / antcube. I can recommend this for everyone that wants to start keeping ants. A bit later I ordered some ant food with ant store. At first they send the wrong food but when I notified them of this they send me the right order right away and let me keep the wrong order. Good service!

Didn't Read the website correctly, so failed to notice the store was closed. We came all the way from the Netherlands. But...a employee we met on the parkinglot asked the big man to make an exeption, and he did. Since we happened to be in Berlin from Bergisch Gladbach today, we didn't miss the opportunity to stop by. Really a great shop where you can collect lots of ideas. We were given very good advice and immediately bought a new starter set and a colony. Our questions were answered at all times and no question was left unanswered... and we had a few. ;-).
