I was a patient of the dental practice until I moved to Austria in 2022. Even though everything didn't always go smoothly, I remained loyal to the practice, especially because of the friendly staff. After less than 12 months in Austria, my new home and approx. 600 km from Kronberg, the partial crown made by the practice's own technician suddenly broke into two parts in the morning and without any force and not even while I was eating. Since I now have health insurance in Austria and a trip to Kronberg for an assessment is not reasonable, I had myself treated by my new dentist and asked Dr. Baumstieger received. The practice's answer: I should have come to the practice and treatment by my Austrian dentist was not the right way. A 1,200 km journey (round trip), taking vacation days and hotel stays for a broken partial crown whose quality is poor is pure harassment. Especially when you consider that making a crown cannot happen overnight. After months of being stalled by the practice, ignoring requests to call back and threatening me with a lawyer, I'm now giving up and hoping that I can stop at least some patients from visiting this practice.

I have been a patient in the practice for several years and I feel very well looked after. The preventive examinations are very thorough and the most modern equipment and technologies are always used and I have the feeling that as a patient in this practice you get access to the latest and best treatment methods. All the employees are very friendly and the practice rooms are attractive, so you feel comfortable at all times.

A really great practice with a great team. I immediately felt at home and was treated very sensitively and patiently by the lovely Ms. Berger. She was able to take away any fear I had and was incredibly pleasant about it. I am more than thrilled with the result and enjoy my great white teeth every day. Always my pleasure!

I had Dr. Mohr provided great advice and treatment and I am very happy with the results. The doctor responded intensively to all questions and requests for explanations and also addressed my fear of the dentist.
