Incompetent
and
useless
customer
support
+
a
company
which
changes
the
contract
as
it
wishes!
This
review
isn't
against
this
branch
in
particular,
but
a
description
of
how
F1
works
in
general.
I
have
been
a
member
since
August
and
of
course
I
had
to
sign
a
"bilateral"
contract,
which
forces
me
to
stay
a
member
and
continue
paying
for
1
year.
Meaning
that
I
cannot
quit
the
gym
if
I
wanted
to
(or
even
if
I
had
a
reason)
and
they
will
get
1
year's
worth
of
money.
So
I
have
to
take
a
risk
and
decide
if
I
want
to
join
the
gym.
I
might
get
sick,
I
might
decide
to
leave
Germany,
I
might
not
have
time,
and
so
on,
but
I
got
a
binding
contract
forcing
me
to
pay
for
1
year.
Looks
fair
enough
and
pretty
common
contract
so
far.
However,
in
mid-contract,
they
send
an
email
saying
that
they
want
more
money
with
the
standard
template
of
the
inflation
going
up.
What
did
suddenly
happen
with
contract
that
we
signed
already
and
for
which
they
fixed
the
price?
Doesn't
the
company
need
to
take
risks
just
like
us
customers
do?
Raged
of
this
fact,
I
send
the
customer
support
an
email
asking
for
explanation.
1.5
months
later,
I
have
not
heard
from
their
incompetent
team.
I
have
had
issues
even
before
with
them,
where
they
took
1
month
to
reply
to
issues
which
would
need
less
than
2
minutes
to
reply
to.
I
know
that
low
customer
support
is
standard
in
Germany
and
F1
has
made
sure
to
comply
to
these
standards.
Yet
again,
I
have
nothing
against
the
Konstablerwache
branch,
however
it's
impossible
to
have
a
joyful
experience
when
you
have
to
have
stress
to
contract
the
customer
support.
Will
definitely
look
for
alternatives
once
this
contract
is
done.
