We ordered our kitchen about 4 weeks ago. Long story short: 1. The person that took the measurements was very nice and professional. 2. Pretty much the entire staff that works at the kitchen selling department was very nice, polite and offered good advices. 3. The lady that made the final kitchen plan was very competent and now seeing the results at home we can say that her work was flawless!!! Thank you very much!!! 4. Assembly without problems, also a great job! Thank you.

I ordered some closets to complete my kitchen before Christmas. It should be here 14.00 23/12. I threw out the old cabinets on 22/12, even though my wife warned me that IKEA in Germany was not to be trusted. It's actually wrong every single time. Well, here I am, the day before Christmas Eve, without a kitchen, because IKEA in Germany cannot be trusted. They tried to put the blame on me because they had entered the wrong postcode, even though the address was correct. How about hiring someone who can Google postcodes for you, and blame yourself for your own mistakes. Of course I got angry, and then they cancelled my order with a "Viele Grüße und bis bald Dein IKEA Team". Today 3/1-23 I got a confirmation the order will come on January 12. Good luck with delivery, I will not accept a simple little screw from IKEA. I am so done with IKEA Germany. After they read what I wrote here, IKEA sent me another confirmation, telling me that I order it today. Get well soon!

hot dogs are delicious. For the rest many employees were exhaused and not really friendly or try to go the extra mile. if u need to return something make sure to book an appointment in advance online or bring enough waiting time. I have waited over 1h to return 1 item and still not my turn. only 2 employees at return desk, really a disaster!!!!

Really nice place were you can find mostly everything. The food in the restautant is so good. I can't wait to go again

I really do like IKEA, but nowadays IKEA’s in-store displays and presentations are really poorly designed. The goods are presented carelessly, it’s hard to find products you are looking for, prices went up, but it looks like extremely discounted store… shame on you IKEA, really shame on you! The management should wake up - covid is over. IKEA in Wallau is a store you just don’t wanna spend your time in.

Been this ikea the first time, is not like others big one , but you still can get what you need as like other ikea. Update on 2 Nov.. Came here buy stuffs for house , everything was great till get to the costumer service area to get tax refund. The line move very slow, they take care " a " costumer for over 25 mins ( still waiting ) and only return one item 🙄😳 need more than 25 mins . And it suppose have 5 window , but only one is really server costumer. So, for sure you got all day to spend time here, cuz you gonna need it 🙄.

Shelves were properly stocked and I was easily able to find all merchandise i required. This location had many items that are regularly out of stock at the ramstein location so was pleasantly satisfied with the in stock items here.

Would rather throw away pillow on display that is no longer for sale than sell the display model. But would do it with a table so makes no sense why not the pillows that went with the table. Also unable to use US gift cards from IKEA is the reason Ill probably not come back

This is a typical IKEA situated near the highway. You can spend the whole day here as there are plenty of parking spots a the restaurant is big enough. There are also some other businesses outside.

always great shopping at Ikea and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Go after 7:00pm and it's even better....not crowded and you get your shopping done faster. 🙂

Many wonderful things. Whatever you need for the house. Most items are on actual display and often in a conceptual environment. A great way to see items practically as well as get good ideas. There is always the restaurant for a meal and coffee. Very spacious.

Awesome ikea only thing is needs more bathrooms and public water

We've been to many IKEA around the world. Japan, China, USA and now Germany. We were very impressed with the room layouts at this location. I have two small children under 2 so seeing the bathrooms and changing rooms here was phenomenal. We'll definitely go back again to try the food.

First time visit for this location. I was in various other IKEA before. This one has a really good parking situation and can easily reached by car. Inside it was clean and staff was friendly. One star less because toilet paper was out in two cabins and one sensor to wash hands was damaged. Quality of food as expected. No queue. I liked the tracking of cars on trailer or caravan lots. There will be an alarm, if you park there with a normal car.

Wow, that's all I can say. Thought I was going to a furniture store but it turned out to be to a one stop shop for everything you need in the house, plates, kitchen utensils, electricals, bathroom fixtures and fittings, in short everything.
