Personal ist sehr net. Leider hat die Terminvergabe nie geklappt. Entweder ich war nicht eingetragen oder sie haben mich in ihrem Terminkalender nicht gefunden(dabei ist mein Name nicht so schwierig). Bei einem Termin wurde ich eine halbe Stunde weggeschickt. Also Terminplanung eine Katastrophe. Bei der letzten Terminvergabe haben sie mich einfach bei einem anderen Friseur eingetragen ohne mich zu informieren, dass geht überhaupt nicht. Man wird gleich gebeten eine google Bewertung zu machen und bei einer positiven Bewertung von 5 Sternen bekommt man einen Gutschein von 10 Euro. Dass geht überhaupt nicht. Zu ihrer Anmerkungen: Ihre Behauptung ich sei nicht bei Ihnen gewesen ist unwahr . Schauen Sie in Ihre Kundenkartei( bei Bedarf kann ich Ihnen gerne den Zahlungsbeleg vorbei bringen ).

Nachdem ich 45min warten musste um lediglich meine persönliche Meinung zu der Arbeit dieses Salons kund zu tun wurde ich mehr als respektlos behandelt. Meine Frisur gleicht dem Schnitt eines Besens und ich wäre froh wenn das noch übertrieben wäre. Ich habe 150€ bezahlt für schneiden und färben und mit Qualität, passenden Stil und Arbeit auf den Typ hat das leider gar nichts zu tun. Meine Wünsche die ich kund getan hatte wurden nicht umgesetzt- ich weiß nicht ob es an nicht vorhandenem sprachlichen Verständnis lag oder an mangelnder Kompetenz. Jedenfalls würde ich um diesen Preis ein zumindest zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis erwarten und wenn dies schon nicht der Fall ist, wäre zumindest die Annahme von Kritik wünschenswert. Eins steht auf jeden Fall fest- dieser Laden sieht mich nicht mehr von innen und ich rate jedem, diesen Laden nicht für Friseurdienstleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen.

I went to this salon to see Angelo after seeing pics of my friends hair that he did. I have long thick curly hair and have had trouble finding someone in Germany to give me a great cut with layers. Angelo did it! I didn’t show him any pics, just told him that I am coming him for layers and that if it’s not cut right, my hair sits oddly and looks like a triangle. He knew what I was talking about and I walked away with the best cut I’ve had in Germany. And also, Angelo is very sweet! I also waited a week to do this review. I wanted to wash my hair and let it dry natural to make sure it would look as beautiful as when he did the blow out. I am so impressed!

After a few years of going to barbers who weren't very good, I arrived here. You can expect a higher quality haircut than other places in the area, but it comes at a higher price.

Jessica cut and colored my hair yesterday and did an amazing job.The owner was very friendly, the staff are extremely professional and I couldn’t recommend this salon enough, I have now found my permanent hairstylist and couldn’t be happier.

I recently visited this hair salon and I'm happy with the experience! The staff were friendly and It was a huge plus that they were English speaking. The highlight of my visit was the fantastic layered haircut given by Angelo. The stylist skillfully crafted layers that suit my face perfectly. Moreover, they recommended a great shampoo specifically for my hair type. I decided to wait a few days to see the results of both the cut and the new shampoo before writing this review, and I must say, I'm truly happy with the outcome. My hair looks healthier, more vibrant, and the layers fall just right. After the cut, they even accepted my discount coupon which I had but was for the salon next door, which was a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely be returning and recommending it to my friends!
