Wish

could
be
more
generous.
But
,
I
had
many
concerns
about
the
quality
of
customer
service
and
even
more
after
getting
a
response
from
someone
at
management.
First,
it
took
20
minutes
once
sitted
to
be
attended
(
counted
23
sitted
customers
with
4
waiters).
Even
if
the
waiter
was
super
friendly
(
David
)
I
can't
overlook
the
service.
Second,
my
wife
wanted
a
packet
of
cigarettes,
we
didn't
have
coins
or
notes
,
I
asked
the
tall
guy
at
the
bar,
his
response
"
that's
not
my
problem".
He
could
be
right,
but
actually
it
is
a
problem
not
giving
any
option
to
buy
cigarettes
in
their
vending
machine
at
service
in
the
restaurant
fir
customers,
because
it
is
an
element
at
disposal
for
customers.

after
explaining
the
way
to
help
me
,
it
was
solved.
Third
issue,
after
paying,
I
was
leaving
the
table
when
one
of
the
umbrellas
in
the
terrace
hit
my
head.
I
see
how
in
seconds
,
two
-three
servers
came
to
clear
the
table
and
not
even
one
cared
about
my
head(
they
didn't
even
look
at
my
face,just
cleaning
the
table).
So
to
be
honest,
I
poorly
recommend
this
place
to
eat
because
of
the
service
,
the
food?
I
enjoyed
my
wild
burger
,
but
there
are
other
options
close
by.
Really
disappointed
because
I
often
came
to
this
place
in
Winter
but
after
today
I
prefer
going
with
my
family
and
friends
somewhere
else.
I
did
get
a
response
in
done
kind
of
excuse
of
the
poor
service,
I
even
saw
how
someone
invented
the
cigarettes
issue
when
it
was
with
me
not
my
wife
and
of
course,
the
umbrella
issue...
It's
a
complete
joke
saying
they
offered
me
a
cooling
pack.
I
didn't
hear
anything
of
that
,
maybe
I
wouldn't
have
a
headache
in
that
day
all
afternoon.
