Great hotel, great location and fantastic food. It is on a main road/rail, but there is little traffic after 6pm. We slept very well. Great location to explore the Walensee region and Flumserberg. The surprise was the quality of our evenings dinner. It was excellent and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. I can highly recommend.

Poor service from the waiting staff. Wasn't exactly busy either. Food was alright but places like this need to be "special' when you can get the same thing quicker and cheaper at mcdonalds. It does have a nice view of the lake (and the main road and rail line with trains every 10 minutes).

We booked this hotel as part of a Heidiland 2 day package. It included 2 nights at the hotel including breakfast and two days of ski tickets for two people. The price was very reasonable for the package. While the hotel is smaller and a little more rural it is very nice and the service in the hotel is great. Breakfast had a good selection of food: croissants, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruits, cheese, meat and coffee or hot chocolate was included. We also ate dinner there for the two nights. Again the meals tasted great and the prices seemed fair. Would definitely stay there again. Note: for people also looking at the ski package. The Hotel is about 1mile away from the Gondala in Quarten. Either you can drive over by car, or there are also buses and trains, however they do not run that frequent.

Cute place. Very well maintained. Sparkling clean. Friendly English speaking staff. Vegetarian meal available. You can't ask for more!!

Very nice hotel with amazing view. Friendly staff. They also have restaurant. Better to eat in the same restaurant, other restaurants are not that good around. You won’t find many shopping areas. Chicken breast with rice is amazing food here. Don’t expect smart TV here.

Tasty food

My partner and I stay for one night and had dinner on the restaurant. It was a good dinner. We enjoyed our meal. Staff were polite.
