Haven't been the dentist in years as I have a phobia of them because of an experience when I was a child. After visiting today for a snapped tooth, I don't even know what I was worried about. Very laid back atmosphere and the way the dentist spoke to me about my options was like I was talking to a friend about meeting up, very laid back and very casual. If you have a phobia of dentists I highly recommend this place.

I have been been at this dentist for over 30 years and also my children. For the past few years it has gone down hill, same old " keep brushing". I took my daughter there as she had tooth ach due to baby tooth in the way of an adult tooth. Nothing he could do just take pain killers. So I decided to leave, started up at Martians lane tooth removed and now waiting for braces.

This guy cares for nothing but making money and shouldn't be allowed to practice in medicine, twice i have called in excruciating pain and been turned away on both occasions even though my partner is 39 weeks pregnant and can go into labor any day because he's either too busy or its too close to1 o'clock on Friday for them to even book anything for Monday, even the pdsa don't treat animals like this, the young girl on reception quick to give out advice she probably isn't qualified to give to then finish the conversation " well I've never had a tooth ache so I wouldn't know" well good for you but I haven't slept in 2 days because of mine. I'd one day like to know how these people get away with calling themselves doctors in the field of medicine when they clearly don't have to adhere to the same standards and the only duty of care they have is too themselves and their bottom line. I'd like to change dentists but clearly that isn't so easy either so basically God forbid anyone gets any real pain that needs real treatment because this dentist only wants to sell irrelevant fillings when he can get the chance and does not care one iota for anyone in real pain and suffering.

I have been attending Manor Dental Practice for over 20 years and have always found the staff polite , helpful and willing to help and discuss any issues that may arise . Dr Ki Chung Ho is an excellent dentist ,helpful and caring and puts one at ease straight away. I highly recommend this practice

Honstely I avoided the dentist for years in till I got an infection and my mouth swelled up and this place was amazing knew how scared I was but made me feel so at ease now am not as scared to go so I can't praise them enough all so nice in there

Zero stars , Very rude place , the staffs not friendly, the staffs talk with you very bad , I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely disgusting, not telling us they have taken our children off their register, the reason being they haven't been for a while, that's because their teeth have been ok, now my 7 year old has a tooth absess he can't be seen, it wouldn't of taken much for them to have rang us or wrote to us then we could have registered somewhere else, shocking!!!

Dentist is very rude. I got a crown done and it looks awful. Terrible dentist with and disgusting attitude.

Zero stars, discrimination for those that cannot wear a mask, made to wait outside, only to be told that they wouldn't see me, for not wearing a face mask, how were they going to see my teath,,,,

I must say i had some work done and i am very happy.The staff were very nice and helpfull and pleasant thankyou 😃

I have just started here, and the dentist gave me a filling and carried out a tooth extraction. Both were carried out to a high standard and I felt very comfortable and well looked after. They are very polite and helpful in reception, and have accommodated my requests for switching dates very practically. All in all, the best dentist I have seen in a while.

Very disappointed with this dentist. Because I had to seek treatment from a private dentist for a root canal that this surgery said they couldn't perform for me they have cancelled me from their patient list and said they will no longer treat me. It's absolutely allowed to use both services and pay for private treatment if the NHS dentist cannot hep you.
