I must add a warning to my review. If you stay in here for more than 90min they fine you for parking. Be warned. Standard Starbucks fayre in the usual relaxed style. Nearly always busy. Unfortunately small parking area but some street parking space is available. Convenient drive through that is useful for the Trafford Centre. Some outside seating.

Received a £100 parking fine. Beware this establishment deliberately tries their best to hide the fact, it's a parking fine trap from unsuspecting people. They stung me by hiding cameras behind trees and not displaying signage to tell you it's a private car park & that you'll recieve a fine if you stay over 90 minutes. If you're visiting for the first time, I'd avoid and visit another coffeeshop nearby. It's a massive kick in the teeth giving your money to a company who uses such predatory behaviour to constantly screw over the working people. Will not be visiting again.

Drinks can be hit and miss. Usually get a frap, however a lot of the time it can taste like just milk. However, the worst part is the waiting times. I have not seen another service that is so so painfully slow. 9 cars, 45 minutes. No apology, nothing. This happens frequently. Will not be visiting again.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the cleanliness of this place, inside and outside. Please fix this.

Never again! You would think Starbucks of all places could make a decent coffee!! It taste like pond water.. I can make a better coffee at home for a fraction of the cost.

Came here late at night and the service from barista, Morgan was unbelievable. That man deserves to be the manager or the supervisor at the place, because he brought so much life to the conversation we had in the small time we shared together. However, the new supervisor, Riley, I believe was very abrupt and seemed to not understand how to work the computers in there as he spent 25 minutes trying to do a refund. In conclusion, Morgan for manager at this Starbucks. Morgan is the man in the photo for reference, he’s mint.

This particular Starbucks always seems to be busy regardless of the time. You get many of people working on laptop which does add to the atmosphere, however they can be taking up seats as they will linger. Parking is extremely limited and manoeuvring out of the car park can be challenging at times. That said, the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I order Starbucks everyday. Not my usual stop however been here enough. But I made an Online order made a 10:01 (5-7mins lead) 22mins later my order is still not ready. Multiple people came in after me and left. When I questioned why it was taking so long I got the generic “short staffed”, yet that didn’t effect the multiple people who came in after me. No apology made at all just excuses. Hopefully the manger might address this

I like a Starbucks now & again but they got so many orders wrong this day.. And they never get my order right the 1st time! .. It was mega busy and everyone was complaining.. Think maybe I will try another branch in future or stick to Costa!

We used to frequent this Starbucks as it's where my husband and I went on our first date years ago so it's a nostalgic place for us. We popped in last week to show our kids where it all began and it was like being in a morgue. No atmosphere, really dim lighting, dirty tables, food all over the floor and a lack of seating. It just felt unclean and cold sitting in there. I can't say it's the staffs fault as the drive threw was incredibly busy so I suspect they were just understaffed but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Avoid at all costs! Most expensive coffee! £7 for the coffee and £60 if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee...what sort of cafe establishment allows a parking agencies to police the car park making it impossible to sit and enjoy your coffee for more than 90minutes...nice one starbucks 👍

24 hour Starbucks, surprisingly it was incredibly busy at 10pm both inside and outside however the staff were very courteous and fairly quick given the amount of people there, highly recommended :-)

Visited Thursday 17/08/23 for the 1st time in over 12 months. Good location opposite The Trafford Centre, but car is small, & driving anything but a small car is problematical. The coffee shop itself is large & airy, well furnished, & plenty of friendl, efficient staff. We opted for two cappuccinos, blueberry muffin & ham/cheese toastie. Interior seating was comfortable, & plenty of exterior seating was available. I visited the unisex loo & it was spotlessly clean.

I'm a member of a walking group and we walk the bridgewater canal and other areas. We stop off at various places on these walks for refreshment. Just a 15minute break before returning to where we start. We dont eat just a quick stop off for a coffee or soft drinks. I cant comment on the food. Staff are helpful and the service is excellent.

Great staff and service. Usually use the drive through but every now and then sit inside. Always clean and always great coffee. Service is quick and friendly, always a smile and treat each customer as an individual Shame car park very small and tricky to exit but worth it for the service and the coffee.

Great place to work from, fast and effective service, and not overly crowded. Parking numbers outside are low, but there is plenty of space near the site. Up there with one of the better Starbucks experiences out there.

Although really busy, we always love a trip here during our night shifts to get us through. Liam has served us a couple of times now and is always really friendly and comes up with some amazing recommendations! Probably the best Starbucks I go to

Beware of the parking scam, stay for more than 90 mins in the poorly signposted car park and you'll get slapped with a £100 fine! go to Tim Hortons next door for unlimited parking so you can actually relax.

As regulars at this 24hrs drive through we are disappointed at the poor service. The staff don’t even bother to reply when you say thank you. Lately they have been getting the drinks wrong . We even had to go back as two of our 4 coffees were unacceptably wrong

It was a nice coffee Day at Starbucks, Trafford Centre. My wife specially asked for Pumpkin Spice Latte which comes for a short time during Halloween and I ordered Soya Milk Latte. It's always good to be at Starbucks.

My go to drive through for when the toddler won't sleep. Staff have always been friendly and the car queue moves relatively quickly. At least when I'm there.

I visited here in November 2022 and was here a couple of hours as I met up with a few different people. I then received a parking fine for being in the car park over 90 minutes. I called Starbucks to see if they could do something about this. They asked me to email them. I did this but no one came back to me. I'm now trying to appeal a fine which has gone up to £170 with my proof of purchase from Starbucks. It turned into a very expensive coffee and has majorly put me off going near this Starbucks ever again in the future... If you do visit, just get the one coffee and leg it before you get fined. The coffee was lovely and it is a great location for meeting people. Such as shame that there's a car park scam going on.

Great coffee shop however it’s poorly located. The drive through is short and runs through the car park. Therefore if you are dining in you often have to wait ages to get out the car park. Standard coffee as per Starbucks, nice taste. The service is always good with friendly staff. Can’t fault anything but the location.

Good location with friendly staff and decent number of seats. There are about 10 car parking spots. But you need to register in the parking app inside the shop to get 90 mins free parking.

Just a quick review to say Luke is so lovely, thoughtful and efficient and deserves a 5 star review every time! We come regularly through the drive through as we are carers for someone who is autistic and he gets very upset by labels on drinks. Luke always knows exactly how to deal with him eg giving our drinks without the labels on! The smallest things make the biggest difference!

Nothing wrong with the food, nothing wrong the drinks either. But the speed of making the drinks was bad on an epic scale. We waited over 25 minutes for our drinks; three large teas. Seriously guys, get your act together! I doubt I'd come back if they can't throw three teabags in three cups in less than a minute. And as is typical of coffee shops, clearing tables is a low priority and it showed. It's not cheap at these places, so I'm sure you can afford to pay someone keep the customer area clean and tidy.

Good coffee shop which is open 24 hours. Does get pretty hectic in the drive through later in the evening so be wary. Can only park for 90mins at a time but they have a reg logging system if you're staying longer.

  • 5/5 Alan L. 2 years ago on Google
Clean, quiet, quick service with a beaming smile. Coffee isn't bad either. No fuss, no wait, no high pressure using to buy something I don't like or want. Cheers folks!

The drinks are very nice (especially Espresso Frappuccino). The brand/branch is very consistent each visit. The drive thru queues can be a joke depending on the time but it’s obviously popular. Lost the 5th star because the cakes tend to be stale or not ‘fresh’. The banana bread isn’t very exciting considering the price tag.. I expected flavour, not just sweet bread.

You never know what you will get here. Sometimes you have a wonderful experience with great staff, but other times you get disappointed from the beginning with 'staff shortage' sudden sign as an excuse not to give you a good service. So it's highly variable which is why I give it 3 stars. It is open all of the time though which is a nice thing. But sometimes they close the shop and serve via the drive-through only so plan accordingly.

👍👍 Excellent bouldering centre, no longer has auto belays so it's purely a bouldering center. I think it's one of the largest in Europe.
