Good parking and wheelchair friendly. The staff are great, always friendly, efficient and on the ball. From spotting that I had Pneumonia (when 2 GP's couldn't) to sorting my eldest when she crashed on her Heelys they really are top rate.

Always dread going here and the latest visit (injured foot) was no different. All in all it took 3 and a half hours, net result, some antibiotics and a bandage. Reception staff not super friendly wither and certainly not doing their best to help people, i was sent out by the practice nurse to the x-ray department next door and told i would not have to queue. On return was told by the stroppy receptionist i WOULD have to go to back of queue, only for someone to come over after a while and say, actually you were right, you do have priority. Comes to something when you wait a day or two in pain just to not have to go here.

I went in and sat there for 2 hours just to be told my throat was probably red because of Covid and what I thought was impetigo (which I get twice a year so I know what it is) is a ‘zit’. It’s been 3 hours since then and the ‘zit’ has spread across my lip and face and my throat has gotten so much worse, I can’t breathe properly nor swallow anything. Of to arrowe park because they probably won’t fob me off.

Specialist Nurse Charlotte Collins was excellent. Can’t thank her enough for her advice and the attentive care that I received during my recent visit. She is a credit to the NHS. As are all the staff that work there I’d like to say thank you for looking after me so well.

Love it free at point of use, what more could you ask for, maybe it's a little rough around the edges and your wait can be a little long but it's free at point of use some people think no cost no value, not me worked in the US for a while and I know what a private heath care system looks like no thanks. Staff or amazing never had a bad experience. Can't believe that some people would give this a less than 5 Star rating. I will say it again it's Free , in my view all the NHS staff should get a 10% pay rise Shame on you Boris!!

Easy access and short wait, very efficient service. Went on a Thur at 8pm and parked a few metres away outside. Was checked in, waited 10 mins to be seen and assessed. Was out with prescription 5 mins later. Excellent service which should never be removed as there was a 13 day wait to speak to a doctor at own surgery!

Waited 3 hours for a dressing to be changed and cleaned. Wasn't seen. Came home. Went back later and told 3/4 hours. Not wasting a whole day for. A change of dressing

Really lovely experience here. The staff were all really great and the nurse that saw me was patient, friendly and attentive.

Received a callback from 111 straight after sending a referral telling me to take my son straight up to VCH for his horrendous cough (not COVID) that has got worse and worse for the past two weeks, due to APH being over capacity. 111 booked him an appointment so he wouldn't be a "walk-in" and would get seen. We sat there for half an hour, got taken in to triage and were told he wouldn't likely be seen, until the nurse found out he had an appointment and then said he should be fine to be seen. Five minutes later another nurse came and told us he wouldn't be seen and should go to APH or go back tomorrow. Didn't even say his name properly. Awful service, especially when walk-ins were actually getting seen.

Although it was packed I was in and out in a reasonable time. The staff were obviously overworked but still polite and friendly.

Staff polite, professional, could not have been treated any better.

I want to just say how amazing was nurse Lucy with us yesterday. She stayed after her working hours just to get medication for my poorly daughter. She was so lovely and my daughter is feeling a lot better today thanks to her. Can't thank her enough.

Went into wallasey walk-in today All staff extremely professional friendly and helpful. Receptionist was a credit to the nhs excellent at dealing with people putting them at ease well done . Seen by triage nurse , minor injury nurse and x-ray staff again very friendly and helpful. Well done wonderful service Thankyou.

Daughter had a high temperature and nausea the day she was due to take her 11 Plus test on a Saturday. The school needed proof in the form of a letter but the walk-in wouldn't oblige becasue they ''only have nurses not doctors". I can see why people go private just to see a GP when they actually need one.

Partner had suspected tonsillitis, only wanted some antibiotics, where left waiting for two hours with everyone coughing, not a tissue in sight,...and they wonder how they're getting ill 🤷.....are obviously some good staff you just wonder what's going on half the time ?!.......just edited because we are still here!!... calling people out who have left already , two and a half hours for some antibiotics. Some kind of joke , surely, and if your reading this and you work here, get off your phone and do your job .
