Just Absolutely awful in the walk in centre, No treatment was given to me within 48 hours I was diagnosed with a kidney infection and a severe sinus infection. I did challenge the nurse to help me, to give me some treatment for my sinus infection and she refused to give me any.. There was also a trainee doctor in the room and another nurse very upsetting and very intimidating experience. If.you are really unwell and do not get treatment at this centre I suggest you go to A&E

Just received my booster jab here . I was so impressed with the organisation of this procedure at Miriam . All the staff from the Security to the Nurses were superb . I felt well looked after . Thank you to everyone !.

Just been on the phone for 32 minutes and 25 seconds trying to get someone just to pick up. Keep getting played annoying music and automated voice saying You are number blah blah blah in the queue. Need to book covid and flu jab for my mum who is in her 80's and has been seriously ill with pneumonia earlier in the year. It is just so stressful. I could not wait any longer as i have to leave for work, Why is it taking so long for someone to pick up? there must be more than one person working there and answering the phone. I feel utterly exhausted by the whole thing and am not impressed. What does it take to get some service these days???

I have given one star- because this place has not been helpful on two occasions. I was directed to the Miriam centre by my surgery- because it is a “ walk in “ service. I went there last night, to which I was greeted with - have you made an appointment? So I said no I haven’t made an appointment- “ we are fully booked up for this evening “ - really?? So this is a walk in centre service but it’s fully booked ?? At 5:30 pm? Annoyingly I had to then go to Arrowe park, which I was seen to promptly, and got what I needed. I really didn’t know you had to book to make an appointment at a walk in centre !! What is the point in it being a walk in centre fee - a complete waste of my time and petrol. Safe to say, I will never set foot in here again, as each time it’s been a waste of time.

Get no help whatsoever. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Been denied appointments due to being a minute late despite waiting a good 15-20 minutes prior. Been struggling for the last year or so with my problems. Such a shame as I really need to get looked at but can't transfer to any other doctors for some reason... How do I fix this??

Saw Nurse Noble who was super professional, pleasant and helpful. Got just what I wanted quickly and without fuss. All GP appointments should be like this. Excellent, thank you.

Just been for my booster jab. Walk in , no problems, very professional. Nice people, they do all they can to keep us safe.

Went for pre booked covid jab, arrived to find over 40 people crammed into a unventilated hot waiting room, covid breeding ground. Walk ins were being seen before pre booked, waited over 20 minutes after appointment time to be seen.

I visited this walk in centre today with my son and was again dissapointed! I was told that after a hour wait that i would be seen to next but then two more patients passed by 🤷‍♀️one lady was seen to before us who was there after we arrived , in the the end i couldnt wait any longer so i left

Awful agressive and pushey behaviour from the staff the nurse wouuld not let me see a manager to complain the receptnist cant undrestand english,so i walked out with no vaccine at all. The staff treat you such as animals off to the slaughter ! no wonder i had a panic attack and walked out !

Simply abysmal on multiple fronts. I was raised in a ‘medial house’, if you will, and my experience with Miriam Medical Centre has been inept from A-Z with the exception of Dr Swain (lovely chap). The Care Quality Commission will be aghast at the report I am currently composing. Horrendous front line communication, treatment issues/lack of based on contradictory policies and staff behaviour on-site, zero follow up as promised reference my first ever prescription, and non-compliance on multiple practice policies (as outlined to me) outline the bulk of my substandard experiences here. What an absolute mess. Since the owner is Indic by blood, if not also native (hopefully), I’d like to highlight that I factually enjoyed greater competence from medical professionals whist on research across the subcontinent 10 years ago. What does that say. Apparently this is a “racist” remark; yet, ironically my wife is of Indic blood, and there is nothing remotely racist about stating a fact based in sociocultural awareness. How absurd if the Practice Manager to suggest. As an internationally respected management consultant who works with global brands and businesses that we all know, I can only hope the owner takes this seriously, as I am shocked on a professional level. Truly abysmal and I will be departing for a more competence practice after said communications with the outlined regulator/commission conclude.

I was in here few days ago for mY BOOSTER jab I was not impressed at all with the hygiene I didn’t see any chairs getting cleaned after everyone patient left sitting down. Plus the fella on the door with his clipboard was reading out the wrong numbers and told patients he normally wears glasses 🤓 well wear them and get it right. Plus when I went up stairs to wait in a narrow corridor to be seen every room was open no privacy for anyone can hear everything not good at all… Plus there was no 1 way in 1 way out most people were using the fire exit crazy…

Really helpful, kind, friendly staff. Put me at ease and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I visited twice for Covid vaccinations. Excellently set up. Very short waiting time. Very pleasant competent staff. The whole arrangement well thought out and set up. Congratulations and thanks to all working there!!!!!

An absolute joke what they are doing, unable to organise an appointment properly, unable to treat people properly, could not say one positive thing about them.

Was booked in by my gp due to 6 months wait in and out of walk in centers and hospital 6 months of illness and pain to then be told my appointment time had changed 20 mins I arrived struggled driving all the way there for a receptionist to be rude and feel she has a right to patronize and have attitude pull your head out you work behind a desk not above anyone , best advice find people that will do a better job don't employ ugly people to sit on there small chairs behind a screen

Had my vaccine done my debbie, very kind and felt very comfortable

A***** service in walk in centre. Treated very well by nurse I seen. Was seen very fast , nurse was polite sympathetic and very caring . Thank you very much.

Had an appointment here. Thought it would be with a doctor but it was with a paramedic practitioner. He was lovely but there wasn't much he could do and told me to book an appointment with my GP which I'd tried to do in the first place. He was very apologetic

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years. Today I attended for a steroid injection. I feel very lucky to have such a fantastic service where I live. Any time I’ve contacted or visited the centre I have always found all the staff: receptionists, nurses, doctors really lovely and very professional. The range of services and long opening hours for some things are excellent. Thank you Dr. Mantgani and team.

The staff were so friendly daughter vomited they gave her a glass of water and a sick bowl, the nurse gave my daughter the medication needed after 3 visits to our doctor got us nowhere and she ended up with a full-blown ear infection

Rude doctors and owner that lets staff speak to you how ever they please after waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby and god forbid if you ask the doctor/paramedic what took so long.they jump down your throat And once you stand up for yourself they call police on you for swearing 🤣.so be warned they can speak to you like utter trash but you cant say anything back . please note this was done to a person with autism/ADHD/ptsd . worse doctors around

Have been to the walk in several times in the past few weeks. Not had to wait very long, staff are helpful, friendly and have sorted my particular issue very satisfactory. Will continue to use their aftercare until no longer required. Thank you all. ✔️💯
