We went to Bubbles world of play for a birthday party. The building is very big and the children had a wonderful time. Staff were friendly and I was rather impressed with the vegetarian party selection. We had , pizza, French fries, vegi nuggets, water melon. Ice cream and fruit . All very tasty. There's an under five play area but my 3 year wanted to play with the older kids in the main play area. It was a challenge for me following my daughter around . I had to walk across a rope bridge and I was praying it could hold my weight . A couple of adults following their kids around gave me a sympathetic look. Because it is a tiring task following kids around and trying to navigate around and not get stuck in equipment not made for adults. The kids loved it . Will visit again but will probably take my older daughter, so she can look after her little brother and sister while I sit down and relax with a nice hot chocolate.

Absolutely amazing experience at this place from entering upon leaving the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was soo nice and clean of which this is the first ever play centre that was not over crowded and my children could freely explore all the soft play areas. The sensory experience for my baby was lovely and cosy. Would definately recommend to people!

Great place to take the kids on a dreary day. Big climbing play area with slides and ball pits and different interactive activities. Get 2p from the staff and use the mini arcade rides for free. Controlled entrance and exit gates so feels secure. Plus tv monitors so you can see your kids inside the climbing frame. Quite expensive I felt for a 2 hours limit due to having to pay for adults. 2 adults and 3 young children £45.

Manager/Owner is very responsible and takes ownership. My family and I have been on several occasions with family living on the Wirral and both food and service has always been great. Secure, clean and well managed. Couldn't recommend this venue enough for the money with 2 hour entrance too which is more than enough by the end. Thank you 🙏

I'm not sure who has the most fun here, me or my little boy. It's clean , spacious lots of places to explore and areas that are great for playing, learning and expanding imagination. Cafe is nice and the rides are free. Just wish you could stay longer than 2 hours.

Huge soft play centre that is one of the best around. It has multiple levels and separate spaces for babies and toddlers. The party area is on a different floor so it doesn't feel as chaotic as you'd imagine. The only thing that's not so good is the food, it's about as good as you could expect from a play centre. It's open until 6pm on Saturday but the carpark gets locked at 6pm so be careful not to get stuck!

We booked for a fourth birthday party today for my son. Staff where really warm and welcoming. The three staff overseeing our party; Megan, Alana and Katie where amazing and nothing was too much trouble. It was my little boys first ever birthday party (thanks covid) and you have set a really high bar. Thanks bubbles for an excellent experience. Thank you from Darwin, his friends and family.

Got told off 3 times in 5 minutes so we left. Most expensive day out per minute of all time. Too much footwear then not enough footwear then we had the audacity to climb on things. First soft play I’ve been to with a bouncer terrorising the kids. What a completely uninviting and off putting experience. You need to book and extra 2 hour slot before your 2 hour slot just to read all the laminated, home made signage they’ve created in size 12 font all over the reception. I’ve felt less ‘processed’ going through airport security. Luckily the weather was nice so we had a lovely day on the beach.

Had my sons 5th birthday here, he had a smashing time. Staff were super helpful and friendly, we didn't have to lift a finger the whole time! Food was amazing, felt like VIPs. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for play. It's a great place.

I really like it here, but the prices during the school holidays are ridiculous! Especially considering there are other play areas around that are pretty much the same for much much cheaper. 2 adults and 2 children (member price!) is £26.90! Non member price is £34.90!! To charge such prices for 2 hours I think is just way too much, especially in the currently climate

Great for smaller kids obviously but works out expensive, particularly if you only go in the last hour. Spectator fees should be lower as all you do is watch your own child (which you can't see majority of the time). £17 for an hour is a bit high. Place is clean, secure and well run though.

Staff are actually brilliant, you'd think the constant din would break their spirit but no they're really lovely. Only suggestion would be to get some proper coffee cups (not mugs)

Lovely clean place for children to play, the staff are attentive if any older children go into a younger child's area, so safety is well taken care of. The only disappointment was that the quieter seating area for adults was closed with no explanation, and we would have preferred to sit in a quieter area. The price is reasonable for children but adults shouldn't be charged as we pay the admission fees, buy the food and drinks and don't have any of the fun 😁

I went here today with my niece and son for 5 minutes peace (mums you know the drill) I had my newborn twins with me and they wanted to charge me for sleeping babies! You are at you most vulnerable financially and emotionally in your first year. I have been this play centre for years and years and love it I travel a lot to go here and this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Read the need bubbles the babies were asleep in front of you and u still sent us on our way. Bad customer service to loyal customers.

My grandson had a really good time. A good variety of equipment for children to play on with very young children having their own area. Bubbles also have a dedicated party area for hire for special events. A good, safe area for children to play. Would recommend.

We love it here. There are different areas for different ages and they are regulated to keep the children safe. Always very clean. Great food and drinks and the staff are lovely. Our son absolutely loves it here and we have made lots of parent friends here too

Great day out. Tasty food served quickly and to your table. Diligent staff checking on kids regularly which is better than most places I've been where older kids just rule the place and younger or slower kids don't have a chance. Very enjoyable day out. Oh and all the "money taking rides" are 2 pence which you can get for free at the reception.

I’ve not been in this pub but all the flags out side u can see thy take pride in there pub and maybe 1 day I’ll pop in only cos it’s a Liverpool pub lol

  • 5/5 Joe 5 months ago on Google
The biggest and best soft play I've been too. Separate areas for babies, toddlers and kids under eleven. Huge slides, and a gun section where you can shoot kids with soft balls, worth the admission alone !

My 5 year old grandson loves it here. Fair entry fee for 3 hours play. Staff very friendly, hardworking and helpful. Food excellent and not too expensive. We have visited many indoor play centres in Preston, Southport and Liverpool and this is the best.

Here is the best soft play! There are 3 areas, 3 and under, 5 and under, and all are very large. The main area is like a maze. never get bored! For the first time my 2 year old son said he didn't want to go home. The pizza we ordered was thin but very tasty. There are surveillance cameras in each play area and lots of staff watching, so you can play safely.

My son absolutely loved it here, I hardly saw him for 2 hours he had so much fun. Staff where great, he bumped his head on the roof in the soft play, they where right there. The food was OK, better than alot of Softplay I've been. Worth a little bit of a longer driver for the kids

It's a great place for kids to burn off some energy. It's a bigger play space than others in the area but this does mean you can't always see your child. It's two floors of fun, massive slides etc. Great for parties and the food and drink selection are good. It is a bit pricey as each adult has to pay for entry too! It does get very busy, especially on rainy days!

This was a fantastic day for our boys 4th birthday party, enough space in the play area to invite the friends he wanted and they played for a good solid hour and half. The food was brilliant for the kids and the adult pizza platters and chips for the adults went down a storm. The staff were friendly and helpful and the day was well organised safe fun. Deffo recommend it for party's 🎉🎈

I take my kids here regularly, and it's always full of fun. They constantly ask to go to Bubbles no matter how many times we've been. So much variety for all ages and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Kids of 3,5,10 all loved it, was easy to purchase over the website. Got a text link to assign to a table which was easy. We didn't have food but had drinks and a caramel shortcake which was really nice. Its not a cheap place to take the kids but comparable to any other soft play in the area. Good way to burn 2 hours for sure

I found it very Expensive and wish I had checked price before I went in and I don't understand why adults are charged to sit, whike kids play. Food is expensive although lots to choose from.I had warm hot choc !! which was changed on request but staff were visibly amused by my taking it back and made me feel very uncomfortable, will not be returning any time soon.

I love Bubbles but it's definitely somewhere as a treat nowadays.. it's too expensive! 2 adults 1 x 3 year old £17 A coffee is £3.40!! Staff are lovely and it's really clean. I appreciate everyone is putting prices up, but the hot drink prices need revising. And put on offers like most soft plays do.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING RECEPTION STAFF! First of all arriving to the welcome of reception staff who all but snarled at my sister, dirty looks all observed by 6family members, Second of all our young daughter left in floods of tears as her auntie was told she could not play with her in the area at all, £3.50 to be able to observe from distance is disgraceful but its her birthday so we couldn't just walk away. At 16years of age old enough to have a child of her own but unable to hold supervision over a 2 year old. Absolutely disgusting. Never had this problem before but today very unhappy with our visit.

Food and drink expensive for somewhere that's for children. The under 3 area rules are ridiculous as my 4 year old and 9 year old was t allowed to sit and pass balls to my 1 year old. I understand no bouncing and running around by the big kids but the only way the 3 sisters would be allowed to play together would be to let them take the 1 year old into the big areas which obviously is going to be dangerous for her. Supervision by parents in that area should be something to consider instead of a blanket ban as it's a family facility.

Mother in Law went with a toddler and a twelve year old she can’t get around the play area due to her age so the 12 year old went round only to be told she had to stay seated and not assist the toddler as they don’t have insurance for 11-17 year olds. Seems a similar theme with these reviews how about insure them so younger children can be assisted by their older siblings instead of losing customers. Myself, family or friends will never return here and will tell everyone how disgusting the attitude of the staff they have working there

Great place to take children, especially if you have got a few of various ages. However, the food and drinks are expensive so I would make sure you feed up before going. They no longer do big jugs of juice for children either.

Every time we are in New Brighton we like to book our daughter in here, the under 3 section is perfect for her, lots of activities to keep her interested and encouraged. All staff extremely friendly and approachable, areas well maintained and propper coffee available at the café.

Excellent clean and safe venue and great value ,we paid £16.95 for 2 adults and one toddler for 2 hours of fun so I can't understand why some on here are moaning about the price. Loses a star because the food was slightly over priced for what it a was. It wasn't bad food but it wasn't great either. I would use this place again but probably just for the facilities and not to eat.
