Extremely poor service pizza 1hr late. Spoke to store there response was theory were very busy. I gave them 2hrs notice to deliver on time. If you want a pizza go to papa John's and see the customer service they give

Bought a pizza from the wallasey branch , the lad charged me for two but I never noticed until later on after checking my bank online , no refund , completely useless staff , and certainly won't be going back

I just ordered via domino’s app , I’m really forget add extra one more small garlic sauce, I called store request kindly can you give one sauce extra, that guy asked my all details and Eventually he said to can’t give for you, because I’m an Asian, that why he said to me no. Normally I get so many time free sauce I’m regular customer on domino’s, same time I told my family and relatives and friends neighbours, BEST PIZZA IN THE WOELD ONLY ONE ONE DOMINOS, I got biggest disappointed from Wallasey. Store ,just one small sauce, really so hurt my self very deeply ,Very bad customer service , and rude

I am a frequent user, and had no problems for some time. I had an issue with my order on two separate occasions. Upon phoning the shop, I received excellent customer service and a very satisfactory goodwill guesture. X I will definitely come back. X Thanx guys. X

Accidentally ordered a pizza through the app to the wrong store thinking that the app would pick up the nearest location. Went into this store as I thought it was here to only be told to go by a young lad im presuming with one brain cell telling me that I've ordered it to a different store after I've already told him this. For him then to say I need to go to this store (over an hour away) to collect my pizza 🤨

We ordered a pizza for the kids. We were told it would arrive by 6pm and as soon as the clock struck 6 it was here. The kids really enjoyed it.

First dominos I ever had and was disappointed!!! I've lived in a few towns and had dominos pizza in all of them and they've all been good. Just moved to Wallasey today and since we don't have any fridge or microwave yet we decided to get pizza. The pizza was undercooked and so salty!! I couldn't even eat it and I was starving! Don't think I'll be having dominos in Wallasey anymore!!!

It took over 2 hours to deliver two pizzas on a Saturday evening, despite being a few minutes drive from the shop. Customer service was unhelpful. The pizzas were cold and didn't taste good. Avoid!

Ordered our pizza and it came within half hour. Great! But then we opened the boxes. Luke warm chicken, the pizza was completely undercooked.all the toppings was falling off and the pizza was falling apart. Called them back and got a replacement but when driver approached our door, he stood there and argued with us that the pizza was fine and that's how it is for everyone. Shame cos my kids love dominos usually as a treat

Spent over 15 minutes on a "quality check" only for my food to arrive cold. Not the first time its happened and not the first time that I won't get the hot food that I paid for.

Cant take order or card payment unless done online. So not online no pizza delivery. Not

People say it's nice from here my 7 year old granddaughter loves it staff dead nice aswell
