Nice and clean inside. Staff nice and friendly. Prices.... Food very tasty and well made. Not too steep in price, but had I not had a gift card it would probably have been my last meal out this month.

Food is fabulous but the service is second to none! Nikki is amazing, probably the best customer service I've ever received, mega enthusiastic and just makes the experience enjoyable. I will definately be going back for food again soon and would highly recommend you going there. We also had a kids party there which was amazing, I would highly recommend that as well for the same reasons!

3rd time we've been there and all experiences have been great. Our girls love the kids menu and hubby and me have never had a single grumble with our food. Staff are always great but Alii was amazing with our girls tonight and went above and beyond with them.

One of the worst service experiences of my life. The waiter's behaviour towards me made me feel like a grade A felon. When we walked into the restaurant he mumbled that it would be a '40 minute wait on food' even though the restaurant did not look at all busy. I think he was just lying in the hopes of easing his work load for the evening. The waiter proceeded to ignore us for the rest of the evening. The other two waitresses in the restaurant were clearly assigned to other areas, so every time I wanted service, I had to spend about 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention; all the while the waiter dodged us like his life depended on it. We did not receive a quality 'check back' during any of our three courses. While the food was delicious, I couldn't enjoy it due to the terrible service. I have been to this restaurant twice now and encountered the same waiter, and the same awful waiting both times. Judging from the other reviews, other customers have not had the same issues, which leads me to conclude that the waiter simply has an undying vendetta against me.

Very helpful staff and the chefs cook good pizzas, however I gather this may be a management requirement. The 'larger' pizzas (12") that are served to share are too small and the pizza base is wafer thin so there is very little to satisfy any appetite. We were a family of 2 Adults, 2 teenagers and a child. We ordered three 'large' pizzas and a pizza for a child which was the size of a large cookie, basically the size of a small side plate and it didn't fill that!. We were shocked on how small this pizza was as well. All the remaining 4 plates were the size of a side plate to probably make the pizza slices look larger within the plate. With 5 non alcoholic drinks, three 'large' pizzas and a pizza for a child the total bill came to £58.00!!! and we were still not full. We wouldn't go to any Pizza Express restaurants again!

Lovely food and fab service. Pretty pricey at 11 pound plus for a pizza but the food is always good. Had one of their salads today and that was really nice. Good atmosphere and nice and clean. Really good value at 2 for price of 1 if you use your meerkat code.

Ate here Thursday night, pretty busy too but just right. Lovely food, lovely staff but the real gem of this place was the female manager Ali! Beautiful hair too! Would I return?? Hell yes throw all the dough balls at me!!
