Food was terrible. Table of 4 people and everyone didn't enjoy their meals. From over fried chicken wings to steak as tough as leather boots. For the price of it too you expect better. Staff were non attentive and were standing at bar hatch chatting. Suffice to say we won't be going back.

Good place to grab something quick to eat . There's no air conditioning so if you're planning to go on a hot day prepare for it. Staff is great , place is clean , affordable prices , good food .

We visited restaurants today for breakfast a young boy well greeted and took us over to table. Everything around was beautiful and clean. There was just 3 table with guest around restaurants.. we waited 12 after been seated to order No was show up or nothing i walked at the host desk 2 servers chatting and even realised we been seated and waiting to order worse part is did even apologise.. right after we ordered our drinks and breakfast served just dumped drinks tray on our table few minutes later our food arrived did even do check on our table we need few things for us and little one my MRS said leave it.. ended waiting to pay our bills for 10 minutes ?????? What a way to serve customers or guests if there a problem fix it but don’t treat customers like this please. Do The Right Thing. Food was good service was really bed.

Good. Many food options. Breakfast is also good. Service was not bad. Restaurant is clean and spacious free parking area. Next to Odeon Cinema also. Quality can be improved. Need more vegan options. Strange that we had similar breakfast in Harvester, New Brighton and presentation was good

The food looked good when it arrived prompt the service was good the waitress was excellent but the coffee was Luke warm and the only good thing was the hash browns ,the rest was cold the sausages were tough and tasted disgusting as if they were yesterday’s warmed up not very well. In all the meal was awful as I was the first one in I thought the food would be fresh and nice just goes to show how wrong you can be .

Been many times before. Always good food. Was nice to return to more of a no covid kind of service. Salad bar has now been changed to staff helping service. I presume portion control. But overall food was great. Price was great and evening went without a problem

Friendly wait staff, but my god the food and drinks were terrible. The steak in my steak sandwich were big strips rather than anything edible in a sandwich. It also hadn't been rested, and blood was all over the plate soaking into the bun. The steak itself was chewy and I ended up spitting half of it out. The mixed grill my friend got also had an unrested steak, and they didn't have the black pudding at all, no idea where that went. All of this brought to the table by some dude in a jumper. Didn't feel very professional. For the drinks, they only told us when bringing them to the table that one of them was refillable and the other wasn't. We both would have got the refillable ones. It's a shame because the menu looks great, but defo won't be back here. No wonder the place was empty.

Food was good - we had the 3 course Xmas menu. Chicken goujons where tasty, the cranberry ribs where good although I wish I'd have known it was a rack of ribs instead of a meaty rib like other restaurants have. The profiterole sundae was good too. The dessert took a while to come but we could see it sitting in the waiting area to come out, but the server picked them up and took them into the back - either to replace them or to cool them down again, but the ice cream was as you'd expect so good service. We didn't even have to mention they'd been sat there - she just took it on her own initiative to do it. Really enjoyed the visit!

Warmly greeted by Cecilia on entering Harvester last night and she immediately found us a table. Food cooked beautifully, so tasty, not forgetting the help yourself fresh salad bar and just love the refillable drinks too!! Service always so good, have to mention Deb too on our previous visit, fab service!! Thank you Harvester, see you again soon!!

I took my grandson here for lunch. I had received the offer via email on my phone that says that kids eat for £1. I showed it to the server who waved it away and said it would be taken off when I paid. He did not explain what it included or not include. It turned out it did not include much. It did not include kids drinks or pudding. We waited 25 mins to be served pudding which was half a chocolate brownie with a bit of chocolate sauce. I had to ask 3 times for the pudding. The server was racing around but accomplishing very little. I queried the bill £26 at the till and showed her the offer. With bad grace she took off just over £4. I said I did not understand the bill as I presumed the kids meal would be taken off but she told me that it did not included kids drinks or pudding, so I had been charged £2 for pudding and £4 for a kids drink. I had had a hot water. I still did not understand what 'wets' meant on the receipt. So the moral of the story is to read the very very small print at the very bottom of the offer and not to return as I believe the offer is misleading. There are much better offers elsewhere.

Came here last Wednesday first of November was rather busy but we were found a table we ordered the set menu which was 3 courses for £18 which consisted of two calamari and a breaded mushrooms for starters two fish and chips for mains along with a dirty bird burger two treacle sponges and an ice cream sundae for desert. We also had unlimited salad and refillable drinks the food was delicious and despite how busy it was the staff were very pleasant it is situated on the croft retail park bromborough and there is a bus stop in close proximity we're you can catch the 41 42 and 38 buses

Deb, my waiter at Harvester Breakfast, deserves all the praise for her exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make my dining experience truly enjoyable. He warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel instantly welcomed. Not only did Deb ensure that my coffee cup was never empty, but he also expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting delicious options that suited my taste. Throughout my meal, Deb checked in on me regularly, making sure that everything was to my liking. He was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. His professionalism and attention to detail were to the highest level

The food was really nice, but the service wasn't great. Despite the waiter that took our order repeating the order back to us when we placed it, he didn't put one of the main courses through and so one of our party wasn't able to start eating until everyone else had finished, he wasn't even particularly apologetic about it. Additionally the lady who was greeting at the door and serving customers was rude and miserable! The food was nice but the service really let it down.

Went for coffee & chat with my girl friends. Lovely atmosphere. Food as it went past us looked really nice. I will come back and try it soon. Staff were the loveliest I've met for a long time. Their customer service was great. I felt like a very valued customer. Thank you. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Absolutely blown away at the cleanliness of the place and the service from Sonja was outstanding along with the food , most definitely becoming again.

Lovely and friendly staff. Great food and a very well-priced deal. I don't think I've felt fuller in my whole life. The only downside was the sweetcorn wasn't refilled at the salad bar but it really didn't matter - the meal was fabulous and the waitresses were brilliant.

*Refillable salad bowls* Remember Alan Partridge having a scam with his big plate? Well these kind of do the opposite, they lure you in with free salad bowls, but NEVER refill the salad station! So there's nothing to put in said salad bowls. Last two times I've been the restaurant was dead, plenty of staff but it seems none of them are tasked with checking this?! The rest of the food is average pub sh1te, and the refillable drinks is the usual COVID magnet.. snot riddled kids all using the same uncleaned touch screen for drinks that all taste the same whatever flavour you choose.

Fantastic service and super kind staff! We went there for breakfast right at the end of the breakfast serving time as we had been let down by another establishment! They waited for us to get there with my family didn’t rush us as my Dad has had a stroke and my mum has dementia. It can be very stressful to go out just breakfast but they were kind and calm! We had a lovely breakfast and we all went home with full stomach’s. Thank you for your kindness and patience!

The lady I support and her friend went for a meal at the Bromborough harvester after watching a movie in cinema. From entering we were made very, very welcome , both of the ladies are wheelchair users ,one has a large battery chair , the staff moved the chairs and positioned the table so that the ladies could access the table. The staff spoke directly to the ladies and treated them both with great respect. The meals served were excellent, presented very well and all 3 courses were served in a timely manner . Staff were very attentive and approachable. They made the ladies feel very comfortable and both ladies said that they really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, both have planned to return , and both myself and the other support staff have said we will go ourselves ,that speaks volumes of how much of a pleasant experience for all . Well done all staff ,and thank you .

Went for lunch at 12.30 ish. Nice atmosphere, feels cosy. The booth we were in was clean. Partner and I had the chicken, bacon and waffle which was very good. Really liked the free refills on Pepsi. From ordering to getting food was maybe 15mins if that, so good there. After asking to pay felt like a longer than average wait for the card machine, think there was a bit of a queue in that regard. All in all really enjoyed my visit and will be going back again.

Food is awful steak tasted like had been done in a merrychef not on the grill as was so chewy. Waitress got order incorrect so wrong meal came out had to wait nearly 15 mis for the correct meal which wasn't good when supposed to have Starters and mains asked for together but could see starters sat on pass for 10 mins as chef obviously hadn't seen that was altogether but these was still served this made the coating on the chicken strips very hard and garlic bread 1 side was inedible. Won't return 45£ bill and we don't enjoy our food at all a lot of money for a treat tea for me and my son would have been better going to McDonald's!

Myself and my Mum visited yesterday 23/05/2022 and what a service we received Sophie our server and Andy the head chief went above and beyond to Cater to our needs. Andy was able to allow me to have what I wanted on the menu by changing the sauce and glaze on the pitmaster and for my Mum he made her plain chicken with and a variety of vegetables as my Mum has a lot of allergies and intolerance after illness. I want to say a big thank you as both of your kindness made us have a enjoyable day and made memories and a bonus Mum was able to eat the most I’ve seen her eat in a long time. I hadn't been to a Harvester for a while as the one near me closed. I now travel to Bromborough most weeks so decided to try it. Enjoyed the combo meal. I like the salad bar and usually a good range. The bread rolls used to be lovely but they were a bit dry this time - maybe been frozen?

Looking for a last minute Easter Monday family dinner, having recently enjoyed their breakfast, we decided to re-visit the Harvester. We were quickly accommodated despite it being busy and needing a table for 6. Unlike other restaurants recently, it was good to be greeted with a varied menu with no items unavailable. With children aged 12-8 it made a change for them all to eat from the kids menu because the choice included smaller versions of ‘adult’ meals rather than assuming everything has to come with chips. Well looked after by Kate, who made sure we had everything we needed, after a trip to the salad bar, our food arrived hot and fresh. The adults were full, but the kids wanted dessert (particularly good value IMO), the favourite being the build your own cookie. A relaxed family friendly dinner with charming staff.

Just popped in for lunch (first time there) service was immediate and very good, food arrived quite quick and was hot and pretty good. Just a couple of observations, being a rib and chicken place a finger bowl would have been nice and tooth picks at the end of the meal would be good. An all round pleasant lunch.

Chicken in the chicken burger was so processed. It was like a sack of water with no taste and a crispy layered texture. Did leave an email but no satisfactory response. Other meals were ok.

Myself & 3 friends were at The Harvester at Croft Park Bromborough yesterday morning for breakfast. We were served by Sophie. She was so lovely & friendly & made the start of our trip to Liverpool. A great asset to your team. Food was delicious.

Food was ok but nothing special ordered off the lunch menu our starters were cold as we were still eating stuff from salad bar then the mains were brought out so I had to leave my starter so my food didn't get cold then there was a long wait till dessert main was really nice all in all I wasn't that impressed compared to other places

Excellent service, excellent food. Had a great time, would absolutely recommend. Any and all issues we had were sorted professionally, politely and with a smile. The staff we were served by were a credit to the business. The BBQ sauce is my favourite.

Can't fault the staff in here. Especially Chloe (the tall one!) We had a wheelchair user an egg allergy and a gluten allergy on our visit and we were fully accommodated for. The staff were only too happy to check with the kitchen about or allergy requirements and we had a beautiful meal for all of us.
