Very unique place as this shopping centre is by the seaside in the heart of New Brighton. I drive there from Liverpool for a walk & shopping. Clean and really good quality of products /food, including seafood and green groceries. Definitely worth a visit or two. Free car park, chippies, coffee shops, promenade... All around the front door Same but the prices gone up after 2 years. Fresh goods, clean, busy and lovely location!

Went here for breakfast 10/07/22. First time for a good while and will never go back. Had a small breakfast which was served on a side plate. Bacon was like rubber and requested poached egg was overcooked and obviously done in a microwave poacher as the egg was literally still egg shaped. They really need to up there game.

Cafe service pretty poor. I asked the girl if she has vinegar. She was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot and just said no sorry completely disinterested. Fish and chips was dire. Fish was so oily it left a puddle of oil on the plate below and chips were stone cold. Part of the issue is that they are understaffed and most of the staff have no motivation to do a good job. I should have taken the food back.

I appreciate that this is a busy store with so many people enjoying a nice walk & bike ride at the weekends, but the Cafe is so messy and univiting. The staff are lovely, friendly, hard working people but there is just not enough of them. The table numbering system is a lottery as you have to pick whatever you can see available but if you are dining alone then by the time you have queued and ordered somebody else has taken your table. Why not give the numbers out at the till? A lot of people were having to clear the previous customers dishes away before they could sit at a table, but the tray holders were already full to capacity and the tabke then needed wiping down. As I have said though, it is not the fault of the few overworked staff, just the lack of them. Regards John

Awful eating out experience here. Granted it was a busy afternoon, but the tables were filthy, heaped high with dishes,, the staff were very pleasant, but the cafe was clearly incredibly understaffed. It was chaotic and noisy, and altho the food didn't take long to arrive, the chips were hard. A very disappointing meal. Also ordered a pot Of tea, which when poured, looked very much like murky water with no resemblance to the taste of tea..

Expensive and unwelcoming atmosphere Bought loads of different types of meat, all tasteless and tough. Was going to have cake and coffee before we went home, cakes in fridge looked like they had been there all day and flies all over them. We turned around and went elsewhere. 😞

Prices have gone sky high, and I understand things are becoming more expensive everywhere. But Morrisons seem to now be the most expensive of all the supermarkets, whilst offering poor quality products to cut costs. There were a few products I’d make a special trip to Morrisons for, as they were the best and I didn’t mind paying the extra. But now they’ve cut costs on their products, their “the best” brand should be changed to “the worst.”

I have been 3 times to Morrisons I've been to the supermarket and to the cafeteria the food in the cafeteria is outstanding you can wait to 25 minutes for your food but it is hot fresh value for money the foodhall is good I would recommend it as I've always been an ASDA man myself but I am leaning towards Morrisons

Pretty good for a supermarket. I do enjoy going to here out of the other Morrisons. Good selection and seems well maintained. Parking is excellent

Like all larger Morrisons it has a good range of products and a cafe. In fact this one has two. However the larger full service one, although offering good quality and value, is somewhat understaffed and in my opinion poorly organised and most importantly managed. The systems for ordering food and drink requires working on ! It must however be noted that the staff working there all did their best and are very helpful.

Stock plenty of British produce. Competitive prices. Their deli and bakery counters are amazing. Just wish they had a store closer to me as would be my regular food shop

Some things are great. The click and collect is not suitable for perishable groceries as many items are close to date.

Quite expensive so not for regular big shopping. I'm coming here mostly for fresh meat and fish this is worth the price and especialy fish are nice. Supermarket is also well located so it's great visit after your walk in New Brighton.

Worst cafe ever ! Technology failed! Food was wrong! Took ages for correct food to arrive was burnt had to be returned. Took ages to be replaced! Was over charged and had to go out the cafe to get a refund! Completely chaotic and awful!

While it's often pricier than other supermarkets, there is decent variety from value range upwards. There's often a free piece of fruit for kids. Lunch meal deals are good. The Butcher counter is particularly helpful. Discounts aren't great on whoopsed items. The store layout is good, till options good and staff are friendly. The main café can be pleasant but there's rarely enough staff to work till and drinks machine when I've been in at busier times. The little bistro is better.

Morrisons in Ellesmere Port This is a shop I really like. It's a step up from ASDA & shopping is a comfortable experience. I like the store layout & the staff are excellent too: helpful & friendly. If u haven't tried Morridons, give it a go, definitely worth it. Enjoy.

We went for lunch today, we paid £15 for sausage, mash and fish sandwich. We waited so long when it arrived it was cold, my husband has dementia and was upset that we waited so long so did not complain. We have tried food here before and was no better, it just happened that my husband wanted warm food and it was the nearest place to go.Not again.

Rubbish cafe. Nothing in stock that we wanted. Tables overflowing with dishes. Unhelpful staff on the till. Understaffed. Do yourself a favour unless you've got a couple of hours spare to wait for your meal go elsewhere.

While other supermarkets have cut down on fresh fish and meats morrisons have increased their offerings. Excellent choice of meats. Not my regular store but just for this I would make a 8 mile detour. I hope Morrisons dont follow the trend set by other stores.

Right by the beach and round the corner from the Travelodge we stayed at. Came here for drinks and snacks for the beach and the room. Got some ice, stuck it in the sink for our drinks. Decently sized store with a cafe as well. Had everything we needed at a decent price so can't complain.

Bought 2 sets of girls socks which were displayed under Sale - up to 50% off. Larger sizes had extra sticker for reduction. On same rail smaller size did not have extra sticker. Very misleading as in other stores not every sale item has extra sticker. I thought this would be the case but at the till the full price was charged. I asked why the full cost but assistant said he didn't know as he hadn't seen the Sale banners. I will not be buying clothes from the store again. Very misleading signage. Sale items amongst non sale items

Lovely supermarket, nicely set out, love the salad bar- probably my favourite one! Really easy getting to and from thanks to taxis outside and buses very close

I'm trying to contact Morrisons about being incorrectly charged on my delivery. Items I ordered were one short so knowing Iwould be sharged for the items separately I told the delivery driver I didnt' want them. When the invoice came I had been charged for two! I have sent an email, up to now no response. There is a time limit for this of seven days, well the seventh is probably up or nearly up by now. I have tried phoning them repeatedly it is disconnected after a few rings but on the website it says they are fairly quiet at the moment. Not good enough!

Felt too intimidated, by the large group of youths hanging around outside the entrance, to go and do my shopping. We tried the other entrance but, it had been locked and the staff said they wouldn't open it even to avoid the other entrance. They said that they were on their way to disperse the group of youths but, they didn't appear in the 20 minutes that we waited in the bitter cold in the carpark so we went back to the car and went to a different supermarket.

The store itself is fine BUT the cafe is awful! As we approached the till the staff member walked away then we waited 15 minutes while a queue behind got bigger and no one returned! Two staff members sat chatting didn't care at all! We walked away and went to the smaller cafe where we waited again for 10 minutes while one very stressed looking girl tried serve and do tables without washing her hands Inbetween jobs... Dirty spoons and no sugar and the coffee is expensive and tasted burnt.

Went into cafe after shopping with grandchildren self ordered allowed me to order oasis when none available member of staff not a bit helpful was busy messing about in till for 5minutes and just offered a refund, grandson had chicken nuggets which were awful and me and my husband had soup which was not very hot. Food has definitely gone down hill since the start of covid won't bother eating there again
