visted
the
new
Brighton
store
on
Sunday
the
5th
July
2020
Upon
visiting
I
ordered
a
tuna
toasted
sandwich
and
having
taken
a
bite
of
the
sandwich
I
quickly
realised
something
wasn't
right
in
regards
to
the
appearance
of
the
sandwich,
it
contained
green
spores
that
appeared
on
the
crown
of
the
sandwich.
Having
speaking
to
a
shift
manager
I
explained
that
it
appears
that
my
sandwich
was
mouldy.
He
apologised
and
offered
to
make
me
a
new
one
to
which
I
refused
and
asked
for
a
different
sandwich
instead
of
the
toasted
one.
I
also
asked
to
see
the
date
of
the
buns
they
had
in
stock
that
they
were
using
at
the
time.
He
went
behind
the
counter
to
check
the
date
of
the
buns
and
then
alerted
me
that
there
was
no
date
on
the
buns
and
blamed
a
former
member
of
staff
for
not
throwing
the
buns
in
the
waste
the
night
before.
I
asked
him
what
time
he
had
been
on
shift
since
and
he
replied
he
had
taken
over
the
shift
at
12pm
on
the
Sunday
the
5th
july
2020.
I
then
questioned
him
and
asked
why
hadn't
he
carried
out
all
of
his
checks
correctly
in
regards
to
checking
dates
on
products.
He
replied
"
sorry
its
my
fault
for
not
checking"
I
find
this
store
very
unprofessional
and
a
find
that
there
is
a
lack
of
communication
between
staff
and
customers.
