Great gym. Owners. Jason. And. Bam always on. Hand some great equipments. More equipment added. If your seriously wanting to train. Give this gym a look in. Some good old school weights etc some very modern. Spoilt for choice. Family friendly atmosphere. Good rates. 7 days a week.

It’s half a job lol 😂 but guys if you’re u live around here get in best gym in Liverpool as all ways have a laugh With everybody and we’re only doing a little job But the owner is a Real good guy and he’s mate not so bad so if you wanna go gym go to town it’s not too bad in price think it’s 30 or £35 a Month and the owner is trying best and good luck to he needs some support what is doing now try his best Good luck

Great gym, been going on and off for the last 5 7 years. 6am open time during the week is a big thing because i love training first thing. Friendly staff and great people that go there

Paid £10 for a week as I'm working close by for a short period. This is a no frills gym, plenty of machines, it isnt full of the usual posers. I like this type of gym.

World class gym is a serious bodybuilders gym with all you would want to maximise youre potential also has a large cv section for all youre fitness needs and circuit training all round equipped gym and friendly atmosphere would well recommend this gym to anyone
