My partner and me are always buying our fish and accessories here, because it is a family business and Constance and John are always warm welcoming and take a time to give us the best advice as how to looking after our fish, quality of the water, which plants with suit us. They are both a lovely couple and kind person and we are going often as we feel much better than a chain of store.

Really friendly and helpful. Did a free water test for me, and recommended the best product. Another shop had tried to sell me an expensive filter which I did not need. Will definitely be using in the future

This is a real nice aquarium. You have many fish to pick from cold water to tropical. Bigginer to expert level of care. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful. Only down side is we did not get to meet the dog we could hear him but not see. But over all a great aquarium. Plan to return many more times in the future.

Excellent place for fish. Run by a lovely knowledgeable couple. No hard sells or a thousand questions when buying your fish. Highly recommended.

Went to CMC Aquatic on the weekend although it was a pain through no fault of their own (Thanks Roadworks) we manage to get there and it was worth it. If you are looking for pond equipment this is the place to get it and they also had a selection of Marine and Tropical and also Pond fish. The staff were amazing and you can tell that they are passionate in providing a good service. When I am next in Wigan I will 100 percent be coming back.

High quality shop, has everything you’ll need from the most basic of beginner to expert this shop has you mostly covered, has tropical and cold water fish of many kinds, the is even coral for those who like that type of tank all that with surprising cheap prices I’ll be looking forward to my many visits to come.

This place is actually a god sent It has helped me set up my aquarium and pond with ease and I always know that if I have a problem with either the owners who are very friendly give exceptional advice on how to help using their own knowledge that has built up over the years.

Great prices and excellent, friendly advice. Plenty of good parking but you have to navigate a terrible one way system to get there. Well worth the effort though!

By far the best local fish shop if you want quality over quantity I've bought most of my tanks, accessories and fish from here they have a great selection of cold water, tropical and marine i wouldn't go anywhere else, John and Connie are always very welcoming and friendly, they will always help you and give their time and knowledge to anyone needing it with the main thing being the fishes needs put first I couldn't fault them both

Good for pond supplies good supply of meds and dry goods all fish seem happy and healthy though, just the tanks look a little grubby and could do with a clean and are not up to modern fish shop standards but overall a good shop

I am a new fish keeper and I've always been going to CMC for the months I've began to keep fish. Bought neon tetras as my first ever fish from here and I always try to buy any product/fish from here from then on. When you enter the shop you see beautiful koi fish in large indoor ponds they really are lovely to watch and the fish in the shop a very well cared for. The shop is more focused on ponds but they have a wide selection of aquarium products too and everything is easy to find and if you're unsure the two staff members are very helpful and happy to direct you and give you advice if you've any issues with your fish or tank(s)

Great shop. All fish looked great, everything you could need for a pond, lovely active selection of cold water, marine and tropical fish. Will definitely be returning. Lots of dry stock too.

An all-round good experience. Family run business very helpful, and always make you feel welcome. They have a large stock of marine, tropical, cold water and pond. From pumps to coral to food and fish. They have it all. Access is ground floor so I would say it's ok for disabled access. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
