The
hospital
makes
a
modern
impression.
Parking
max
3
hours
for
€
2.70.
The
admission
area
for
new
patients
is
as
expected:
many
patients,
few
staff
and
due
to
the
Corona
rules
everything
seems
a
bit
improvised.
I
was
there
on
Friday
for
2.5
hours
for
a
blood
sample,
corona
test
and
anesthesia
talk.
WLAN
costs
€
2,
TV
€
3.90
per
day
via
card.
On
the
day
of
the
operation,
I
was
called
to
the
gyn
station
B1
at
7
a.m.
and
was
already
there
at
8
a.m.
The
older
anesthetist
was
very
friendly
and
did
his
job
very
well
as
I
was
fit
again
quickly.
The
staff
in
the
recovery
room
were
nice
and
caring.
My
procedure
was
carried
out
by
an
attending
doctor.
Despite
my
status
as
a
statutory
health
insurance
patient,
the
doctors
always
showed
me
friendliness,
appreciation
and
professionalism.
You
almost
felt
like
a
private
patient!
In
my
opinion,
the
care
was
not
necessarily
excellent.
Many
employees
there
seemed
stressed
and
overwhelmed.
A
plaster
change
was
only
carried
out
on
request.
An
overfilled
bladder
bottle
was
changed
at
the
last
minute
and
one
almost
had
to
beg
for
the
removal
of
the
overdue
urinary
catheter,
although
my
mobilization
was
to
have
top
priority
on
the
same
day.
As
a
patient
/
family
member,
you
unfortunately
have
to
think
a
little
bit
so
that
such
things
are
not
forgotten.
After
my
anesthesia,
I
was
awake
again
at
9:30
am
and
oriented
and
was
transferred
back
to
the
ward
at
10:30
am.
After
that
I
didn't
sleep
any
more
&
was
very
hungry.
But
only
at
5:30
pm
I
was
officially
allowed
to
eat
something.
Drinking
was
only
allowed
in
very
small
quantities.
Usually
If
you
decide
to
eat
again
after
an
abdominal
operation,
it
depends
on
the
patient's
well-being
and
condition.
After
4-6
hours
you
can
start
eating
light
meals.
I
guess
you
missed
that
time.
Not
necessarily
beneficial
for
circulation
and
well-being!
The
food
was
cold
every
day
and
not
very
tasty.
More
fresh
components
would
be
great.
Typical
hospital!
After
the
operation,
painkillers
were
used
very
sparingly
on
the
ward,
especially
on
the
part
of
the
ward
management.
You
had
to
ask
several
times
to
get
more
supplies
(even
if
my
maximum
daily
dose
of
Novalgin
was
not
yet
reached).
In
the
days
that
followed,
people
quickly
switched
to
other
pain
relievers
with
moderate
success.
It
does
not
make
sense
to
switch
to
various
painkillers
after
the
operation
(sometimes
this
way,
sometimes
like
that)
although
I
got
along
well
with
the
medication
beforehand.
I
then
gave
up
the
questions
"for
more".
But
great
praise
goes
to
the
night
nurse
Anette
on
station
B1b.
This
lady
loves
her
job,
is
professional
and
funny.
You
were
often
visited
without
ringing
the
bell
and
felt
that
you
were
in
good
hands
with
her,
even
though
I
was
woken
up
at
4:30
am
to
measure
my
blood
pressure
😊
Trainee
Celina
(?)
Also
excelled
here
with
her
lovely
manner.
Keep
it
up!
The
final
exam
was
carried
out
well.
A
late
discharge
in
the
evening
was
apparently
not
a
problem
due
to
low
bed
occupancy,
which
I
was
very
happy
about.
There
are
mailboxes
all
over
the
house
to
evaluate
the
stay,
but
unfortunately
the
questionnaires
were
not
given
to
me.
Vlt.
Do
you
really
want
to
know
the
result
from
the
clinic
management
/
QM?
It's
a
shame,
because
a
clinic
should
take
criticism
to
heart
these
days:
*
Relief
of
care
so
that
it
does
not
seem
overwhelmed.
This
way,
situations
like
the
one
above
can
be
avoided.
*
Improvement
of
the
food
in
terms
of
freshness
and
quality
because
good
food
improves
patient
recovery.
This
is
the
only
way
to
get
recommendations!
*
Improvement
of
the
QM:
What
use
are
questionnaires
if
they
are
not
distributed?
*
Renovation
of
the
bathroom:
a
permanently
installed
hair
dryer
and
a
soap
dispenser
would
be
great.
Defective
toilet
seats
should
also
be
replaced.

Das
Krankenhaus
macht
einen
modernen
Eindruck.
Parken
max
3h
für
2,70€.
Der
Aufnahmebereich
für
neue
Patienten
ist
wie
erwartet:
Viele
Patienten,
wenig
Personal
und
durch
die
Corona-Regeln
wirkt
alles
etwas
improvisiert.
Ich
war
2,5h
freitags
dort
zur
Blutentnahme,
Coronatest
&
Narkosegespräch.
WLAN
kostet
2€,
TV
3,90€
pro
Tag
über
Karte.
Am
OP-Tag
wurde
ich
für
7Uhr
auf
die
Gyn-Station
B1
einbestellt
und
war
schon
um
8Uhr
dran.
Der
ältere
Anästhesist
war
sehr
freundlich
und
hat
seinen
Job
sehr
gut
gemacht,
da
ich
schnell
wieder
fit
war.
Das
Personal
im
Aufwachraum
war
nett
und
fürsorglich.
Mein
Eingriff
wurde
von
einem
Belegarzt
durchgeführt.
Trotz
meines
Status
als
Kassenpatient
wurde
mir
von
ärztlicher
Seite
stets
Freundlichkeit,
Wertschätzung
und
Professionalität
entgegengebracht.
Man
fühlte
sich
fast
wie
ein
Privatpatient!
Die
Pflege
hat
sich
meiner
Meinung
nach
nicht
unbedingt
ausgezeichnet.
Viele
Mitarbeiter
dort
wirkten
gestresst
&
überfordert.
Ein
Pflasterwechsel
wurde
erst
nach
Nachfrage
durchgeführt.
Eine
übervolle
Blasenflasche
wurde
auf
den
letzten
Drücker
gewechselt
und
um
die
Entfernung
des
überfälligen
Blasenkatheters
musste
man
fast
betteln
obwohl
meine
Mobilisation
noch
am
selben
Tag
oberste
Priorität
haben
sollte.
Man
muss
als
Patient/
Angehöriger
leider
etwas
mitdenken,
dass
solche
Dinge
nicht
vergessen
werden.
Nach
meiner
Narkose
war
ich
um
9:30
wieder
wach
&
orientiert
und
wurde
um
10:30
zurück
auf
Station
verlegt.
Danach
habe
ich
nicht
mehr
geschlafen
&
war
sehr
hungrig.
Aber
erst
um
17:30
durfte
ich
offiziell
etwas
Essen.
Trinken
war
auch
nur
in
Kleinstmengen
erlaubt.
I.d.R.
macht
man
die
erneute
Nahrungsaufnahme
nach
einer
Bauch-Operation
am
Wohlbefinden
&
Zustand
des
Patienten
fest.
Nach
4-6
h
kann
mit
leichter
Kost
begonnen
werden.
Diese
Zeit
hat
man
bei
mir
wohl
verpasst.
Nicht
unbedingt
förderlich
für
Kreislauf
&
Wohlbefinden!
Das
Essen
war
an
allen
Tagen
kalt
und
nur
wenig
schmackhaft.
Mehr
frische
Komponenten
wären
großartig.
Typisch
Krankenhaus
eben!
Post-OP
wurde
mit
den
Schmerzmitteln
auf
Station
sehr
sparsam
umgegangen,
gerade
seitens
der
Stationsleitung.
Man
musste
mehrfach
nachfragen
um
Nachschub
zu
bekommen
(auch
wenn
meine
Tageshöchstdosis
Novalgin
noch
nicht
erreicht
war).
In
den
Tagen
danach
wurde
schnell
auf
andere
Schmerzmittel
umgestellt
mit
mäßigem
Erfolg.
Es
ist
nicht
sinnvoll
nach
der
OP
auf
versch.
Schmerzmittel
umzustellen
(mal
so,
mal
so)
obwohl
ich
mit
den
Medikamenten
zuvor
gut
klargekommen
bin.
Ich
habe
dann
die
Fragen
"nach
mehr"
aufgegeben.
Großes
Lob
gilt
aber
der
Nachtschwester
Anette
auf
Station
B1b.
Diese
Dame
liebt
ihren
Job,
ist
professionell
und
witzig.
Man
wurde
oft
besucht
auch
ohne
Klingeln
und
fühlte
sich
gut
aufgehoben
bei
ihr
obwohl
ich
um
4:30
früh
zum
Blutdruckmessen
geweckt
wurde
😊
Auch
Azubine
Celina
(?)
hat
sich
hier
mit
ihrer
lieben
Art
besonders
hervorgetan.
Weiter
so!
Die
Abschlussuntersuchung
wurde
gut
ausgeführt.
Eine
späte
Entlassung
am
Abend
war
aufgrund
geringer
Bettenauslastung
scheinbar
kein
Problem
worüber
ich
sehr
froh
war.
Überall
im
Haus
hängen
Briefkästen
zur
Bewertung
des
Aufenthalts
aber
die
Fragebögen
hierzu
wurden
mir
leider
nicht
ausgehändigt.
Vlt.
will
man
das
Ergebnis
auch
gar
nicht
wirklich
wissen
seitens
der
Klinikleitung/
QM?
Schade,
denn
Kritik
sollte
man
sich
als
Klinik
in
der
heutigen
Zeit
zu
Herzen
nehmen:
*Entlastung
der
Pflege
damit
diese
weniger
überfordert
wirkt.
So
können
Situationen
wie
oben
vermieden
werden.
*Verbesserung
des
Essens
hinsichtlich
Frische
&
Qualität
denn
gutes
Essen
verbessert
die
Genesung
der
Patienten.
Nur
so
bekommt
man
auch
Weiterempfehlungen!
*Verbesserung
des
QM:
Was
bringen
Fragebögen,
wenn
diese
nicht
verteilt
werden?
*Sanierung
der
Badezimmer:
Ein
fest
installierter
Fön
und
ein
Seifenspender
wären
toll.
Außerdem
sollten
defekte
Toilettensitze
ausgetauscht
werden.
