    5/10/23: The experience was horrible for the past few years now the food quality has significantly gotten worse. Don't even get me started on how many arguments have started when I am simply trying to have a nice lunch with my grandparents Edit 10/28/23: me and my mom went to get a quick bite and was met with filthy counter and trash overflowing with trash. When I politely asked them to pick up the trash I was told "that's not my job". They also gave us a normal coke when we asked for diet. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but my mother is a diabetic. When I went to ask for them to change it I stood there 20 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the counter when I could be clearly seen.

    I ordered via drive thru for spicy chicken nuggets and ghost pepper fries. We were told to wait for the food. They finally come out and we drive home. My order was wrong, on purpose. I received regular nuggets and a box of regular fries, should have ghost pepper cheese. Nothing. Just close the doors already.

    Food is always cold, customer service is terrible. You go into the lobby all to stand there for a hour for nobody to come greet you. Whenever you go through the drive through they pull you into a parking spot, it never fails to have a bad experience. The lobby is also always dirty with ceiling tiles missing and other health hazards.

    I frequent this Wendy's for lunch about 2 or 3 times a week. They consistently forget your sauce in the drive thru about 50% of the time so make sure to check before you drive away. Food is usually pretty good but they've definitely had their off days. Also Wendy's as a chain has been drastically raising their prices. Chicken BLT used to be in the 4 for 4, then it went to the 5 bag then the 6 and now it's the 7$ biggie bag! All within a year.

    Y’all I ordered a natural lemonade like I do everyday tell me y I was served sour lemonade telling them it taste awful only for this lil boy to keep telling me it’s natural as if I’m stupid there is jus one good worker at this location I wish I asked her for her name everything is on point wen she serves me the lemonade was yellow that’s not a natural color and tasted like it was jus lemon and water ntn more worst tasting lemonade I’ve ever ordered from here I’m jus gonna keep going to the Meriden branch the employees in Wallingford don’t care it’s not about the customers annnndddd my fries was cold smh. I had to go get bk lemonade I use to say Wendy’s was better now Bks is better 😂 look at Wendy’s lemonade y’all they served me lime with ice

    There was 2 orders in 1 car. Told me I can only do 1 order. Then I went inside did 2 orders w/ 2 different payments & we all kept on moving. If you see 2 different people with 2 different payments. Take the order. Most likely they are small & you have a happy customer 😀 😊

    I love eating at Wendys, but this store, the worst... 3 times I had to correct my order, French Fry's looks like 2 days ago, all the food was cold, I also order a coffee and they say that at this time they don't sell coffee... incredible

    Just terrible. Placed a mobile order at 8.17pm, got to the drive thru had this young kid catching an attitude when we mentioned that one of our drinks is a fanta. We dont have fanta was the response and told us to pull up to the mobile order pick up spot. Now in the meantime i see people getting their food and leaving, i waited a little bit and went inside and interacted with an older man at the counter who clearly was more than overwhelmed.. i asked about my order and had to repeat it 3 times until he said he couldnt do this anymore, he has a headache and walked away. In the meantime i was told by another employee my food will be out shortly which we finally got almost 25min after i placed the order. IF Y'ALL DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T WORK IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY! this was the last time i am leaving my money there!
