If I could give this office a zero, I would. I was forced to bring my grandchildren to this office because of their insurance. The associates are in no way are capable of treating children. They were mean and cruel to them. They have a terrible bedside manner and no patience. I then made the mistake of bringing my grandchildren there a second time. Only to have them treated just as bad as the first time. I will be reporting them to the insurance company and will never bring my family there again.

This is the absolute worst dentist in orange county and the dental office staff are bold face LIARS!!! I called to schedule 3 appointments for family members and advised them I had a broken tooth. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment when I arrived 15 min early with my husband and daughter for 3 back to back appointments they advised me they were 2 hours behind and we would have to wait . I advised them that my husband was on his lunch break from work and that this was unacceptable. They should have called me to reschedule. The office staff became nasty and said just because I made an appointment doesn't mean I should expect to be seen at that time. I walked out and filed a complaint with my insurance. My insurance advised me the office staff claims we were late and that's why we could not be seen! Total A holes. AVOID

Most horrible place to ever go. Was seen on Wednesday and was given a referral to an oral surgeon. No name on the referral along with zero information. In the meantime they said they would call me in an antibiotic and pain medication as tooth has an infection. Nothing was called in to the pharmacy and after several calls over multiple days still nothing. Called again to see why and they said if I really need an antibiotic that bad go to the ER or urgent care. So I wasted 2 1/2 hours sitting at the dentist for nothing? This place is horrible and they judge you on your insurance and race. The receptionist there are not friendly at all. How has this place never been investigated for all the wrongdoings? Do not go there. RUN from this place!

Absolutely horrible. Walked out. Filthy. Rusty instruments. Don't go there!!! It is the worst! I could not let them treat my child with those items. They claimed they were clean even with rust clearly on them.

Do NOT go to this dentist if you need anything more than basic cleaning. Trying to get referrals, or other work done outside of cleaning is impossible. This is basically a dentist for convenience. They’re always too busy, have difficulties being professional, and do not communicate well. Find a better office is my suggestion.

They are the only ones who take Medicaid otherwise I wouldn't be caught dead going there.I have jaw pain because one of my fillings came out and my jaw is misaligned.All they did on the first visit after I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen after my scheduled appointment was x-rays and tapping with a metal instrument on all my teeth to see if I have any pain.Who does that?? I have been to many dentists before and nobody did that.Then they scheduled me for another appointment in two weeks and those were two weeks of hell.Yes,they are as bad as the reviews say.

This place should be shutt down I'm very big on reviews but also no that sometimes it's not as bad as they say but this one mostly definitely was the worst dentist place I ever been one of the reviews was that the dentist or wht ever they call themselves taps on all your teeth with some metal object I guess to see if there's pain so nothing I took one x-ray she seen nothing so she asked for another x-ray to be done still sadly nothing but to tell me it may be a dieing or dead nerve and that I need to see a medical doctor so now I'm confused then she says I have very deep Cavity and that she can feel it, but it may be worse tomorrow. So now I'm at the hospital there's so much to say but I'm in to much pain to continue anyway don't I said don't go to this place they don't no wht there doing at all

About 2 years off me coming to this facility and I away take the first appointment. All would be good if they at least would open the place on Time!!!! Never yet that I saw them open at 10 am …. Stuff starts pulling in at about 10:15am and after while there is about 10 people in line for 10 am appointments. Extremely unprofessional!
