Very very nice, wow, so many stores. As I was leaving I did catch a glimpses of a large CVS, Noah's Bagels, McCalous, and a UPS store. But there was much more.

This shopping center has some great history with some of the original businesses still active. Very attractive, safe, clean and keeps bringing em back generation after generation!!

I love black bear diners in general. They are usually predictable and fast. Today was very busy for a Thursday mid-morning (11am). I would have given 5 stars, but we had to wait for food for quite some time. I think the wait staff is over welmed even though it seems like there are a lot of employees currently working. I did notice when entering that most of the lobby was waiting for to - go orders.

Great food, good portions, friendly staff, good service, and good coffee. Mama Bear Chipotle Sauce is flavorful and not too hot.

Clean environment, and a big thank you to all the staff for the generosity, and an outstanding service, and engagement which makes the area feels more inviting, also makes guest feel more welcome.

The primary store here is one of the larger Safeways with a generous selection of most products. A great place to do your grocery shopping. The center also has a CVS pharmacy and several other stores and places to eat.

I only go here for the delicious ice cream at O'Brians or for breakfast at Black Bear. Easy parking.

I don't like the white gravy. My kid kept screaming and I saw some pretty cute pj's. My life is hard.

It's great they are 24 hour store. The employees were pleasant but they were out of almost every item I needed for a customer I was shopping for to fulfill an instacart order.

Portion size went down prices went way up, I really wouldn't say this is how much your shopping center as it's the Black Bear restaurant, that uses a shared parking lot with Oakley City Hall and the police department. If you enjoy eating at a themed restaurant that's kind of reminiscent of a dad joke, then this is the perfect place. However when you order your dinner, make sure to remind the waiter to bring all of it, things like dinner rolls or corn muffins are not automatically served even though they're part of the dinner. Four years Black Bear Diner was known for the fact that everybody took all my take-home box. The portions were huge and the prices are reasonable. Food quality vary somewhat on location to location but in general was pretty good. However the green beans and bacon are not home cooking they are canned green beans with leftover bacon it is been crumbled into it. Just a greasy green Mass. As I previously stated what they were known for large portions and reasonable prices are no longer. Expect smaller portions even when you order a larger one, and definitely expect a much higher price. You're not going to be getting out the door for less than $20 a person even drinks run around 3 to $5 each.

Had dinner here tonight with the family. We enjoyed the food. Had general Tao chicken, Mongolian beef, cashew chicken, combination rice. All were good. Service was also good. Planning to come back.

Black Bear 🐻 is kind of a "Standard" for Diners. You can't go wrong eating here. Good food, good service. Been going to Black Bear restaurants for decades. Alway leave satisfied.

It use to be amazing here, not anymore, this place is dirty, the carpets are filthy, stinks inside the restaurant, the food isn't good anymore. Sad!!

Small but really adequate. Its got the bare essentials. A grocery store(Safeway) ,a CVS (pharmacy) , small department store,Starbucks in and outside of Safeway, nice spots to sit and enjoy your coffee, a UPS, bagel shop, Jamba Juice, Panera...it is not only adequate but looks nice too ..I like it. Even when I'm not buying anything I like to just walk there sit down outside and enjoy a coffee or two.

It's some people that make a mess and they don't clean afterward. Also, I cut myself trying to sit down. They must be careful. I love that area, and I bought my coffee at Starbucks and a couple of T-Shirts at McCalous.

Countrywood is user friendly. Any CVS/grocery items list combination shopper will have a successful time at this location.

I like this place because they have options for dining, a Starbucks, doughnuts, Safeway, and CVS, not to mention an anime store, a Jamba Juice, and a little secondhand store.

They recently remodeled the interior of the store and repositioned everything, so shopping takes longer than before.

Small Friendly Neighborhood Mall, not a slick Corporate Mall. Love the Neighborhood atmosphere. Most things that you would need or want are located there's ....a Pharmacy, Grocery stores, Restaurants, Banking Facilities, Starbucks and ample parking. Close to Kaiser Hospital, High school and Elementary school and a nursery are nearby.

There is an amazing donut place in the shopping center hands down one of the best in the bay also Jamba juice is great here too plus Black Bear diner and there's even a nice sandwich shop with plenty of stuff besides sandwiches to go

Good store but needs to stock the shelves more often. Clean nice people working there.
