So many options. Great place to hang out. Lunch time must be so much fun here. I saw so many places to sit and relax or do some people watching if that's your thing. Very entertaining. HOWEVER... on the day I visited this place with a co-worker we arrived in a big truck. We drove around for too long trying to find a parking spot that accommodate the size of my truck. Not such a delightful moment. I waited in my truck and had to keep moving it for other costumers while my lady friend went into the store for our lunch so we could eat in the truck due to limited size parking. Will I go back? Sure why not. Will I refer? Sure why not. Overall it was a decent experience.

So apparently I am not the first person to drive my car into a ditch at the orchards parking lot. I had multiple spectators come up to me today and tell me not to feel bad because they have seen this happen several times. One man said that in the span of living in this area for one year he has seen this same incident occur 6 times - nearly every time he goes. So why do they not put up some sort of caution sign? It is clearly an extremely poorly designed parking lot if this is a common occurrence. I was not driving recklessly, I was slowly pulling into what appeared to be a parking spot but was actually a 2 foot drop into a ditch. Now my vehicle is damaged, who will pay the price?

Very limited PKG, poorly planned tooany businesses but Safeway DOES have up ramp garage roof PKG!! Love otherwise, always new cafes and food, EV L-2 charges in lot ! Shopping

Nice spot to walk around and handle some business and eat as well. There's plenty of parking.

A very new shopping area. Upstair parking can let you see the most of the surrounding area, and it has EV charging station. Parking is always free. You can access Safeway at the same level, for others shops you need to take an elevator down or walk down to ground level. There is a small park behind the mall.

Good shopping experience lots of different stores. And restaurants to suit all your needs

Lots of good choices for eats...literally many different cuisines...American, seafood,Asian,Greek,comfort style...coffee spots,Starbucks..a bank...salons, gym,Petco,Safeway and more....nice location a lot of parking and very busy

Horrible parking lot. 20 minute parking bays are not enforced and the majority of gym goers hog the parking bays at the ground level forcing others to have to park in the parking structure. Dropping off a package on UPS, picking up food or having a quick haircut becomes a nightmare. I actively avoid this place due to the poor parking experience. I would make most of the bays in the ground level a 15 or 30 minute tops and enforced with parking tickets. Need more than that? Use the parking structure instead.

Dinner at Rocco's, terrific pizza, family salad delicious and the perfect size for us. Our server was Shannon, delightful, friendly, attentive, definitely made the experience great!!

They have 12 EV charging spot which is quite nice but most of them malfunction most of the time. Today, i found all of them not working and 8 of them has not been working for months (4 of them has been power off for months). Hopefully they will have it fixed soon but i doubt it based on those 4 have been unplugged for months.

Horrible service ordered drinks nearly after we were don'e eating bc our waiter just refused to come to our table.... Took our order never seen him again until nearly done... We ordered drinks he never came back! He brought back our bill and said "sorry for drinks my bad" it was lunch service and by no means busy at all! Tritip was very dry too

I remember when The Orchards was being built and being scheptical of how it would turn out. We love it though, great place to catch up with friends and family. There is plenty of variety to find something to eat, snack, or drink.

There are several really good restaurants here for casual dining. Some of the non-chain restaurants unfortunately have come and gone quickly. The parking lot of this shopping center is one of the major drawbacks. The spaces are too close together the driving lanes of traffic are too cramped. Maneuvering within this parking lot is problematic. It's enough of a problem that I always give a second thought about actually stopping here. If I happen to be driving past another location of Safeway on my way home even though it's not as big as this one, I sometimes choose another location with a parking lot that's easier to navigate. There are deep drainage pits for maintaining runoff water which is great from an ecological standpoint. Its too bad they don't put a few fences around them to stop pedestrians that aren't paying attention from falling in. I've also seen several cars there that didn't realize the edge was so close and managed to drive their car into the pits. A tow truck He's often required to get them out.

Shopping mall which consists of Safeway, Petco, Several restaurants and also a Micro Brewery. Place does gets busy, finding parking can be challenging during busy hours close to restaurants. However mall has several restaurant choices and shops.

They have all the shops an stores literally on one side with absolutely no parking anywhere. Unless you drive to the car garage or in front of Safeway. The parking area to drive an park was clearly not thought out fully.

New shopping center with some great places to eat or hang out super glad this place is so close to my office!!

Pretty cool little center with good shops. The only problem I have is the parking is sometimes somewhat tight. Other than that it's a good small shopping center.

This is a cool place to go and there’s a lot of interesting places to eat. There’s even a mattress store. The primary problem with the place is that there’s very little parking. It’s shocking how many parking places are dedicated only to electric vehicles and then even more for food pick up only. There’s also a lot of room that’s taken out by islands with landscaping and trees in them that could’ve been used for parking. It was pretty poorly thought out. Besides that, the businesses and food places are pretty good.

Variety of places to check out here. Love this shopping center and perfect to stop at before heading to Heather Farms.

After eating at any one of the fine dining establishments here, I would totally recommend going over to Mike Hess brewing to grab on tap beer. Highly recommended. Also great for relaxing after a meal. Make sure to take Uber if you're all going to drink 🍻 definitely a great atmosphere

Parking is tough during lunch time. Cars everywhere. We decided to park on top of Safeway, much easier.
