We started here with Alex and buying my wife a pair of earrings. The entire staff is very kind and they do not mislead people. I understand it takes time to buy a Rolex as they are desirable. I made it a weekly tradition to go to church and then spend the afternoon in Walnut Creek with My wife and daughters. Whether it was Alex, Ruslana, Jermey or any other staff member we always left with a smile on our faces, even without a watch in hand the kids had an orange slice though ;) The people here are humble and so very kind. After about a year I got the AD call and what a surprise. Davidson & Licht is part of our family as we make it a tradition to live local, support local businesses and enjoy our time here.

Jeremiah was very welcoming and told me a lot about the Tudor 1926. Christopher took care of me right away when I came back and wanted to purchase. Jake was excellent and timely in servicing my purchase. Overall, an excellent experience and can’t wait to be back.

Jake was awesome. Very professional and courteous from the time we met. He had great knowledge of the watches as well as the models that were available. About 4 years ago I had a negative experience here, and on a whim, came back two years ago to look at some inventory. Jake was the rep who I spoke to and he was very gracious. While the negative experience wasn't his fault (he wasn't there at the time), he took ownership for it and over-delivered on customer service on each of the subsequent visits. Definitely the best guy to ask for if you are into watches.

Fantastic experience with Alex. My partner and I stopped in to get out of the heat and have a look around before our dinner reservations. Davidson & Licht is the best jeweler in Northern California. Superior service. I walked in to get my watch sized and immediately I was helped and within minutes my watch was sized perfectly. The ambiance is relaxing and most elegant. I recently checked out Davidson and Licht for my first watch, and wow, they really knocked it out of the park! They're way more than just a jewelry store – they're like super knowledgeable teachers when it comes to awesome timepieces. Chris was fantastic; he really took the time to walk me through the whole thing. Getting a Rolex now is hard especially if you like something in particular. I asked Alex Garcia a couple months back about a specific configuration. To buy something in stock is already hard but to ask for something specific is challenging. I almost gave up on getting it but yesterday Alex called and i got my beautiful early Christmas present! Excellent customer service and buying experience at Davidson & Licht! Felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door. My boyfriend and I had been looking for an engagement ring for a few months. I wanted a very specific look. We've been to several other jewelry stores in the Bay Area and every store told us the same thing. They can custom make one for us but only to a certain extent. I was starting to think that I was going to have to settle on a ring setting. I told my coworker of my concerns and she suggested that I check out D&L. Thank goodness we did! The whole staff at D&L was so friendly and professional. They offered us beverages and even candy. Orlando especially was phenomenal!!! He was so helpful that I will recommend him to everyone. When I described exactly what type of ring I wanted, he spoke the words to my heart. He had me at "We can customize ANYTHING." Our search was finally over! Customers for life!

Felt welcomed as soon as we stepped in by the security guard (unfortunately didn’t get his name). We didn’t have a hard idea about what we wanted but Greg was really patient and knowledgeable starting us off. Alex was also really great, you can tell he has experience and knowledge about diamonds and what to look for regarding individual taste and style. He’s super easy to talk to and felt immediately comfortable with him, didn’t feel at all like he was trying to push or sell us something. Just felt like a conversation which was nice. We definitely left that day way more informed than when we came in. Loved the aesthetic of the store and of course the diamonds were gorgeous. I went in to get my ring cut off after trying everything else on my bloated pregnant finger, and Orlando and John did it with precision and care. My ring has virtually no damage aside from the cut! I’m so thankful they could help me out and would definitely come back to peruse their massive selection with such friendly staff.
