Really wanted to like this ChaiiBoss. Unfortunately the dessert and karak chaii was average. Cookie dough was over cooked on the edges. Chaii was also a bit over done. The owners were definitely professional, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this place. You will not be disappointed. Firstly the tea is authentic karak chai, brewed on sight. Not the powdered version that a lot of these big franchises use. Today we opted for the Boss special chaat. This was a mix of samosa and papdi chaat. It was absolutely delicious, the samosa and papdi pieces were crunchy and not soggy. The amount of different sauces were just right. It had a good hit of spice and the chaat was piping hot. Definitely will recommend and buy again. We have also tried the milkshakes and they have been enjoyed by my children. 10 out of 10 from me. A bonus the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice, clean and good atmosphere, Owners are well mannered and food is top tier when it comes to traditional dishes, I reccomend the Assorted donuts and the Boss Chaat.

Highly recommend…! Ordered 24 doughnuts… they made me a variety of flavours which looked and tasted epic.! Demolished within minutes… freshly made and excellent service.! The customer service was amazing 🤩

Great food at decent prices; would recommend if the rest of the staff were as polite and welcoming as the main man working there. Unfortunately not all the staff are so polite, especially the teenage boy with a culturally appropriated perm. Rude and giving dirty looks to me and some of the other customers. Would give 5☆ if all the staff were friendly!

Standards have dropped you dont get the level of service and friendliness like you used to because my man making money now.. secondly they charging way too much for food and drink considering its all average..

Absolutely refreshing place. Everything is freshly made and prepared in house. Not those frozen paratha nonsense here. Food is delicious and the service is so warm and friendly. Cozy little place where you can spend ages.

Brilliant service been here for donuts and breakfast. Both top class service and everyone smashed the donuts. This is going to be our regular now I think. Thank you again

Went at chai boss first time omg huge tea £1.70 and really nice as well much better than cha cha chai they selling at £2 and cake nice as well brilliant

This chai shop is one of the best ones here is Walsall. It sells a variety of products many of which are delicious. Their karak tea is tasty and a great size for those who like their tea. The frappe is nice but not 100%, it gives the intended flavour but is a thinner consistency than average and a little too icy. Personally, I don’t really like how the outer window and inside wall are covered with posters of the individual menu items. In my opinion, it could be more professionally displayed.
