A great gym and great place to train. Some real good machinery and free weights. Training at peak times can get a bit busy but generally off peak times leave plenty of space to do your thing. You have everything from your novice trainer to your meat heads training here. The general vibe is pretty good. I've asked some randoms for a spot here and there with no issue. Always helpful. It's open 24/7 and the entrance is controlled by a finger print turnstile. £20 per month at the time of writing. One major reason I started training here was for the 45 degrees leg press. Upstairs is also full of machines and apparatus too, along with a boxing ring, MMA octagon and plenty of cardio machines. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Since writing the above, price has gone up to £25 per month if paying by DD. £30 a month if paying by cash Still a great gym. Some new equipment too. Still a great place to train after all these years. Would recommend Sick!

Great old school type of gym, has a lot of equipment, but seems to all be pushed in so there is not much free space down stairs, upstairs there is a bit more space for your punch bags and training mat. There are 2 boxing rings and upstairs both in good condition, prices are good, unfortunately no customer parking but there are some side roads which you can park on that are only a short walk away,

Been training here since February and its a very good gym. Excellent equipment especially for back and legs. The members actually have respect for the gym and clean up after themselves, theres never a weight left out. Only thing that stops it from being 5 star is lack of lockers in the changing rooms, The bathrooms are also in need a bit of a deep clean.

Nice gym, nice people, you feel like home. Great place to get big.

This gym has a wide variety of equipment from cardio, to weights, to boxing and MMA ring.... So something for everyone. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the gym its self is of modern urban decor.. If your visiting this gym more than once I'd advise not to get the day pass as it would work out cheaper to purchase the week pass.

Excellent bodybuilding gym. Every type of equipment you could want. Machines, free weights, dumbbells etc. £5 for a day pass. Plenty of parking in streets nearby for free.

Personal favourite gym in Walsall, great atmosphere and music. Equipment is always in good working order and any issues are resolved very fast. Great selection of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. There's also a boxing ring and classes for kids and adults. Weekly, monthly and annual memberships are available aswell as a "pay per session" option (currently £5). Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, the gym itself is clean and changing rooms are available as well as tanning boths. You can also pick up some business cards from the desk for things such as personal trainers and sports massage sessions. The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including all Bank Holidays).

Equipment is top quality and there's a very wide range of it. Staff helpful and clean machines regularly.

Awesome gym Good workout equipment and some helpful people there too

I love this gym. It has a real bodybuilding vibe that motivates me to train harder but there are also treadmills and boxing rings upstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Boxing equipment is really shabby I won’t be joining untill this is sorted waste of money
