Lovely small town bookstore, staff really nice and always helpful.

Books are magical, the staff are amazing, need I say more? Oh, chavs can't read so if you ever need a break from all the noise and Ruckus going on in town pop in!

Great selection of books and customer service, you can get cheaper online! Came today looking for revision books for IQA fohr teenager great, whole section covering all subjects, and got deal on by one second half price.

Unfortunately books aren't cheap hobby, but my child loves the "smell" of books and is always happy to go to this shop and does always find 2-3-4... books to buy. Always friendly staff in this shop, the books nicely sorted by categories.

The workers here are very kind. Although they may rule time to get books in stock, they always reassure me that they are doing there best and the books always come quickly. It’s amazing how well they work and I 100% recommend <3

If you like books this the place for you. It has lots of books and not much else. My kids love it, me not so much.

Really like this Waterstones it's a haven on a rather bleak high street. The store itself is always tidy and well presented and the staff are so helpful and friendly it really brightens my day to pay them a visit.

Staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure. My only gripe is that the sci fi is upstairs :'(

Great place for any type of book including cook books and manga. Can be a lack of choice or stock sometimes but otherwise great.

Absolutely fantastic staff, always willing to give a hand and help recommend where necessary. Nice to delve into a book or two with conversation and it never feels like they're just rushing you at all. It is becoming a bit of a guilty pleasure going in and buying books - if anything I'd say the staff have kept me from the infamous amazon - always great to support your book store!

To me this gaff might as well be the Bank of England as it can take ALL my money. I don't even hesitate. See a book? Mine. They see my money? Theirs.

Lovely place. The guy on the till was very friendly and helpful, clearly interested in his job. The selection here is not massive, but it's not a massive shop. All the best sellers are there, though. Location is absolutely great in Walsall town centre.

This is such a lovely shop and we are so glad it's here in town. Huge selection of fiction and non fiction and kids, YA and manga. Staff are quick to help if needed.
