    The best thing about Mcdonalds is that you can bring tasty Burger King 🤴 meals... PS. Burger King Meal was very nice, not like the stuff you get at Mcdonalds..

    It’s my fault it’s the closest one to us and we only go maybe 3 times a year but every time the food is cold and stale no matter what time or whether you go in or drive through. The staff are rushed off their feet with deliveries so the food should be fresh but I wouldn’t feed it to the dog. I thought I may have caught a bad day but that’s it 3rd time and never again. Also heard a member of staff shouting at one of the delivery drivers. Only thing worth having is the ice cream

    Had to wait 15 minutes for food when it arrived it was cold also had missing items, this is not the first time this has happened very poor all round. Floor and tables were not clean, No one was at serving hatch when I went back up for sauce.

    Everything is always a long wait and cold except for the drinks which are warm even with ice somehow. Ice cream machine may as well not exist and employees stand around talking rather than doing anything actually helpful. Rushall has to be the very worst McDonald's I've ever been in and it's every time, not just a one off.

    Terrible Mcdelivery service, they get the order wrong every time, at least they're consistent I guess. Staff at the store won't take any responsibility, they tell you to call uber eats and you end up talking to someone on the other side of the world for yet more poor service, only resolution offered is a refund which they usually get wrong too. I think mcdonald's service levels have hit rock bottom since the pandemic, I will stick to in store from now on as at least I get to look them in the eyes as they rip me off

    Fries were hot and tasty which can be hit a miss and times... My order was incorrect but nothing major... I prefer my double cheeseburger without the cheese but isn't the end of the world.. the only thing I can say is the parking up with 5 other people parked up waiting for food is starting to get annoying... McDonald's rarely did this before but seem to this quite often now, which seems really inefficient operation and service wise.. the staff are nice a pleasant as always but it seems like their system can't handle it's sales and need to establish a solution to this as it affects the product and the service.. MC Donald's is no longer efficient and no longer fast food

    Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries, burgers were cold and fries tasted old with lack of salt. I brought them back and asked for it to be done fresh. The replacement was still not fresh, but just luke warm and tastes horrible. I've ordered from this branch previously and the food was disappointing. Will not be buying from this branch again

    The food took an age to come and when eventually arriving it was cold and poorly put together I had a quarter pound meal and on my burger was 7 pickles no onion no sauce the bun was almost stale the chips were cold and had the consistency of wet cardboard. This is not the first time a more than bad experience has been had by myself at this particular restaurant and won't be the last im sure.

    Just got take out got home and order incorrect. Asked for 1/4 pounder meal..only cheese and onion and that's what was shown on order screen. Got home to find all sauces etc on burger, wife will not eat with all trimmings on. Phoned the restaurant and was asked to return where the correct meal was freshly prepared. Thanks for good service

    Won’t be ordering from this McDonald’s again. Found a spider in my sons medium fries was shocked and disgusted. He wouldn’t eat them and had to take food from my other sons food so he would eat ruining both their dinners. My Eldest son also said the fries were disgusting no taste under done.

    Very disgusting service received tonight. I can’t comprehend why or how these burger flippers get paid what they do when 90% of the time the orders wrong and the other 10% they couldn’t manage a p*** up in a brewery. They were late by over an hour and then to top it off the food was absolutely rancid, cold, chips were almost stale and I couldn’t get through to the restaurant because their phones were obviously occupied with other customers complaining about their orders. To make it even better, when I drove down there and gave them the whole order back to remake it, the “manager” said it was their policy not to refund or make the same order again, it needs to be done through the app apparently. Customer service is a non-existent thing in McDonald’s and yet they all keep protesting to be paid more when they can’t even remember to put a Big Mac in the bag with your receipt and order taped to it!!! DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS. Use reedswood or Walsall, definitely never rushall.

    Anyone order here be aware that your food will be cold. Delivery drivers are not prioritise and they wait about 30 minutes for 2 separate deliveries so 50% will be stone cold. In this case request full refund from Delivery apps and give 5 stars to Drivers that waste time & money there. Is not their fault that food is cold or missing. They make money delivering not siting there for noting and paying £1.50 per hour super expensive insurance to Zego scammers Drivers get usually about £2.80 for 1 delivery when not busy and extra £1.50 for 2nd delivery if is double trip. If bussy about £5 for double delivery.. how much you pay for delivery?

    Seemed to wait ages for food . Staff who were serving and clearing didn't seem happy. Long faces and no smiles. Place felt lifeless and not welcoming . Food was typical Mcdonald food so no complaints on food front

    Had a delivery for 6 people. My order was a fillet o fish medium meal. There was no fillet o fish in the bag!! We have ordered from the Rushall branch so many times, & every time there is something missing from the order. It's not rocket science to get an order together. I'll just cook myself something to eat then!!! Not happy ! We will not be ordering deliveries again !

    Been here a couple times now and ordered off Uber eats and u can’t take the sauce off the burgers?? Takes ages to come and ends up cold when ur gets here and also takes ages when u go into it

    atrocious mcdonald’s. don’t even know why we bother ordering from this place but we’ve give up with it now. if you order from here something will be missing. cant remember the last time they got an order right, had a whole burger missing this time. but they can put in about 556 napkins? they never put in sauce or straws and the fries are never cooked enough. nuggets taste 2 weeks old. thanks!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered twice on just eat both time waited over an hour n 45 mins for food. When it came it was cold so my grandson couldn't have the McDonald's he was promised. All gone down hill since they started messing with insides and u can't order via a person no more. Heaven forbid u have an issue with anything cos you can never get through on the phones.

    Consistently mess up my orders. Never get the dips, often the food is cold and fries are soft and squashed, and this time i ordered cheese bite share box only to receive JUST the dips part of the meal. What do you want me to do with that? Drink the sauce packets for dinner?

    Take away order 391 Completely wrong order and stone cold, probably the worst McDonald's going. How can the food be this bad? It's obvious that the manager has absolutely no control over the staff. From smoking and swearing in the car park in front families to the worst food McDonald's could produce. The manager needs to do better, you need training and take the job more seriously. It's not hard to put the right food in the right bag!! I'll be getting the £30 back thankfully. Manager it's time to do better!!!

    Can't believe I'd never heard of this place if you've never tried a mcdonald burger please do they are yummy and the fries are nice too. I had what was called a BIG MACK and it was very nice

    Went here on the way home from work. Pulled up to the drive through sat for around 4 minutes with no one on the speaker. Someone pulled into the other lane and got service right away. Seemed like it was full of kids. Just seemed shocking compared to others I have been to

    Normally only ever one employee on the two drive through order screens. Food is always over done. Chips r always over done and often with no salt. If u add lettuce to anything, prepare for the smallest amount. Drinks never have ice. Large waits. Employees just don’t care.

    Went tonight at 9.30 to be told restaurant closed drive through only had conversation with staff and said you never get the order right when I do that he assured me as they weren't rushall staff it would be correct apprehensive I went to drive through ok give them a chance I thought spent almost £26.00 got home food missing surprise surprise, I rang up they said if I go tomorow they will refund me what's missing I replied not good enough iv got no food now and hung up I will never use again had loads of chances we can all make a silk purse out of a sows ear mc Donald's rushall get your staff in order and also too much time spent on uber eats and not enough on the face to face disgraceful .

    Popped in on way back from work about 5.30 pm tonight. Had to wait for 5 mins for a personalised item but that was ok. Drove home and had to open car window cause the smell of the stale chip fat was so bad. Got back to really cold food (not that far to get home!). Burgers looked like they had been thrown together, and also in the bag. Chips were cold and stale like they had most certainly been reheated. We chucked most away. The only things that were ok were the drinks. Shame but I won't be going back. I know it's not Claridges but you do expect some standard of care and freshness. Don't use Ms that often...shame really. I hope they get someone in who can turn it around for the better...saying that they have the footfall so they probably won't!

    It was ok, preferred it b4 the makeover! The one member of staff was very overbearing with my kids. Was nice at 1st but then got very awkward, very quickly, we just wanted her to leave us alone!!! The food wasn't very warm.

    Dreadful! All 4 burgers were cold and presentation appalling. Fries were half full and also cold. As used drive thru, only discovered this when got food home - only a 5 min drive away. Treat for kids equalled terrible tea.

    Absolute waste of money, food was cold when we got it home (only live 5 minutes away) and the girl at the collection counter didn't give us the kiddies fruit shoots saying they weren't on the receipt, they were! We gave up arguing in the end and just left. We won't be visiting again!

    Biggest waste of space.obviously the staff dont look at the order because i orderd 2 large meals an didnt recieve a drink with one.orderd 2 mc flurrys an recieved one also gave me crispy chicken on my wrap when i orderd grilled an lastly the food was stone cold. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN...... UTTER USELESS.

    Ordered 2 double sausage & egg mcmuffin meals and 2 extra hashbrowns via the drivethrou. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, not only did the staff get my order wrong, served single muffin meals, the sausage was like rubber and the actual muffin was over done, (burnt). This is the third time I have been to this branch and experienced less than satisfactory food and service.

    This place is a joke. I’m currently sat in the car park and there are at least 12 other cars in the car park waiting for their drive-thru order. Isn’t it meant to be “fast food”? This isn’t a one-off either, it happens every time I come. So when you add to the fact they also get the order wrong regularly, it’s any wonder people still keep coming back (yes, me included). Awful customer service.

    Absolutely terrible service! Drive through was a joke- everyone was being asked to park up and it took over half an hour to get the food - no apology for wait either - just a grunt. Food was cold, sauce was missing, food was thrown in the bag so burger was all over the place and chips missing. It was busy but this service was disgusting. Car park was ridiculous as everyone was parking for the drive through so it was all blocked. They were asked to wait in disabled spots so a lady who was disabled double parked and walked into the store causing absolute chaos - the manager was supposedly dealing with this but it was grid locked as well! If it’s busy avoid like the plague

    Very, very busy this one. You're quicker to park, order at the till and walk back to your car than use the drive through- most of the time. Only had a coffee, but have used this one infrequently over the last 20 years
