Just corrected the restaurant on my meal- ordered grilled chicken breast/fillet and fries. Given fried chicken sandwich and no fries. After making them aware of order I was given a new bag. Going down the road I learn I was given fried chicken. Cannot eat that. Further, while waiting on my food saw the lady making drive thru drinks have her hand down the back of her pants and not wash them before making new drinks.

The food was great. However I obtained burns on my lips due to the chicken being served to me at an extremely high heat. It didn't seem that hot to the touch but upon biting into it. The grease and juices from the chicken scorched my top and bottom lip. Leaving behind burn marks that took weeks to heal..

Restaurant looked clean for the most part. Never got waited on while waiting in line. Bunch of employees and an empty dining room. Gentleman in front of us complained to the register girl about his drink then turned to us and said good luck! Told us we were better off to exit the place than risk it.

Worst Bojangles experience. The women at the cash register were rude and slow. The food was very very subpar. "Seasoned fries"? Only Bojangles have been to where there wasn't even salt on the fried. When I say no seasoning I mean NO seasoning. The bacon egg and cheese wasn't horrible but not good either again it had no flavor. This location must have run out of seasoning. Do not recommend. The only thing I could recommend was the sweet tea. Will not be returning.

I wanted to be sure to leave a review because I have been very pleased with this location. I used to come to this Bojangles years ago, but after moving away and coming back post pandemic it’s nice to see that the food is still hot and fresh and the woman at the drive thru window is always so pleasant and nice. You don’t get that much these days. So thanks for being awesome! Love our local Bojangles.

They wouldn't take order to eat in but door was open. As I was walking way I see employee sitting right outside the smoking and talking on the phone. It gets better, as I was driving off the lot, two employees sitting by trash can (gated area) and smoking joints. SMH.. Feel really sorry for the owner of this establishment. Good luck

Already messaged them on Facebook and submitted a survey with details.. My friend LOVES bojangles and this was the worst dine in of any he’s been to, worst for me of most fast food places I’ve been to where I dined in. Don’t use their bathrooms. Period. Manager was unenthusiastic and not quite rude but lacking customer service. Food was lacking compared to other bojangles according to my friend. I hope they get ahold of this location, the management and cleanliness. Clearly there’s a problem per the other reviews. There’s definitely potential given how my friend and his family rave about the chain.

Ring my order up at 3:17 and did not receive it until 3:30 . No sense of urgency from this group of employees at all. Prices at this location are spiked and one of the employees had her earbuds in. Only redeeming quality was good food.
