Waited for food for 1hr and 30 mins. Took 15 mins to be offered a drink. Waiters seen standing around not doing anything. sat there whilst our appetiser's were sitting there waiting to be brought to us. I will make sure to never return back here. As someone who works in hospitality myself this is completely unacceptable.

There is no 0 star rating so I'm forced to put 1. Staff was okay. Work on kitchen as even nice staff can't change fact that food is rubbish. Worst food ever eaten on Friday's restaurant's. Burgers was so bad and meet has burn and dry. Chips small portions and soggy. Chicken lemon and house salad chicken was with no taste at all. I don't recommend visiting this branch of Friday's.

I've not been to TGI Fridays many times, but I have enjoyed my experiences the dew times I've been....the service we received was really good, my partner ordered a fajita and asked for some extra condiments and they came in a reasonable time. The food we ordered came relatively quickly, I don't feel we were waiting a long time for it to arrive. The only complaint I'd have really is that the fajitas don't come ready made/wrapped. However it is very tasty. I feel if they came wrapped this would save space on the table. However a pleasant experience, I would go again, value for money, it works out quite pricey for what you are getting, so do be wary of this. However I would recommend as somewhere to go every now and then.

Amazing atmosphere, food was great. Amazing recommendation from Amari who encouraged me to have the messy burger. Front of house Casey, had us swiftly sat down and service was brilliant.

Popped in here one Sunday afternoon for a “quick” bite to eat at around 12 midday. It wasn’t busy and only a few staff were working . Waited at the front desk for at least 15mins before someone actually came and got us seated . A girl came and took our order and then we waited…..and waited……and waited . The girl that had originally took our order was also working the bar and her friend had came in and she spent the next 30-40 mins chatting. When she finally walked past she see we had not received our food and apologised and rushed to retrieve it . The food had now been sitting under the heat lamp for I would estimate at least 20 mins and was rock hard when we was served it . She was obviously embarrassed that she had forgotten about us and offered us soft drinks free of charge which we declined. Also we had dishes missing from our order. So what started out as a “quick” bite to eat ended up being around an hour and half from entering then sitting and eating garbage which cost almost £70 … won’t be going here again

We had a good lunch between movies. Thanks to Kacie (our waitress, I hope I got her name right) who did a great job and had a lively attitude. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails and the glazed burgers and big sharer plate of chicken hit the spot.

We went here on Sunday the staff were very helpful and friendly, the Jack Daniels sauce is absolutely mind-blowing. We enjoyed the decor and free parking. The restaurant had run out of certain items but the lovely manager helped us out by giving us a good discount to compensate for the lack of items. All in all we had a really memorable evening.

Terrible experience!! Boneless wings out of stock, kids chicken strips out of stock, first 3 cocktails ordered all out of stock!!! Food comes to the table with normal chips when we ordered sweet potato chips guess what out of stock. The standards of the restaurant are poor. Arriving at 8.30pm the floor was covered in mess this was left untouched when we left at 9.30pm. We had to get our own cutlery as nothing was on the table or offered by staff. All this when the place was dead. 100% under delivered

Went here for my leaving dinner with the department.. our table was booked for 17:30, we where seated and the first time we seen our waitress was at 18:15 yep 45 minutes after taking a seat, no drinks, no starters order nada, only thing that kept us they was chit chat.. when we finally got serviced we ordered a good selection. (My order as always sweet potato fries, ultimate ribs) besides the bad service, the food was good. The sesame chicken was delicious (didn’t like that they only provide vegan Mayo) you serve meat so where’s the full fat Mayo 🤦🏽‍♀️. The ribs where really good, missing my corn but it was good.. overall il give the food a 4/5 and the service 1/5.

Bottomless brunch was brilliant! Food was fantastic and the drinks were topped up perfectly. The bar staff were very kind and our waiter Ali was very attentive and a great host for our table. Very impressed and will definitely be returning soon.

TGI'S is still one of the best places to eat....after going meat mission and bodeans my friend recommended to go here and the food is alot better then both them places ( yeah no lie) the Jack Daniels sauce is the best sauce on the planet, staff here are attentive and friendly only thing was service was slow as they where busy. The ribs here are delicious, get the chicken starter sharer however avoid getting the brownie dessert! For £10 it was a miniature size dessert go with the chocolate fudge cake as that is big and heavy!

Always a great night when we go here. Foods great staff and management are polite and very helpful. Manager Lynne is very helpful, my mum has some allergies and Lynne is always helping when it comes to this very accommodating amd goes above and beyond. Would recommend going here for any function whether its a meal out with friends or family or even a business meeting for lunch

The food is pretty decent and the staff are really friendly. Starter - boneless hot wings - nice but didn't have enough Frank's sauce so a little dry. Main - ultimate full rack ribs with legendary glaze - comes with coleslaw, corn on the cob and chips. The main was nice minus the coleslaw which they put blue cheese in so it smelled off.

The 4 stars are solely for Kirsty, who was the bartender the evening we visited. She was helpful and actually seemed to care about improving the customer service of this below standard restaurant. The restaurant itself gets 1 star! They have consistently disappointed over the last year and only seem to be getting worse. There are never enough staff, very high staff turnover, and the staff that do work there need actual training to do their jobs. Menu items out of stock, couldn't get a hot drink as they could not be bothered to turn on the coffee machine and when I was eventually served my drink after sitting down an hour beforehand, the waitress tried to tell me that the FLY in my drink was a strawberry seed!! In a cocktail that did not even include strawberries!! Constantly having to chase for your food and drink orders and portion sizes getting smaller and smaller! Not to mention they have not redecorated this restaurant in years, seats always look dirty. Either close this branch down or fix the numerous issues!

This is the first time I've been here in at least 8 years and has the place changed! We attended as a family remembering how it use to be. On arrive we were seated quickly by a friendly member of staff where we were also handed our menus and activities books for the kids. When we went to order our food and drinks, they didn't have what we wanted, hot dogs from the kids menu and any drink with passion fruit or orange. When the food and drinks came, they were ok and what I mean by this, the portion of full rack ribs looked smaller and not fulfilling. The salad came with onions although we were told there weren't any in the salad and the drinks didn't look like what they were in the menu. The waiters were very polite and friendly and very attentive which was really good.

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by the front of house and was seated quickly. Our waiter Ali was very professional and friendly. He provided good recommendations when we weren’t sure and the order was really nice! Personally recommend

My husband and I dined there prior to attending the cinema. I ordered fajitas. The vegetables to fill the wraps consisted mainly of onions. Very disappointed.

Lovely lunchtime meal. Got the strips as always and loved them as always! Lynne and Sam were great, was quiet so they spent time with me and we had a laugh :)

I have to say this place needs to be assessed by the food hygiene standards, we had to move tables 2 times, the first time because there was an awful smell of drainage, which the staff explained is an ongoing issue, the second time because there was an ant nest in the chair which ended up with ants crawling all over me and the table. The food was cold, the chairs were falling apart, the tables were wobbly, I honestly am shocked that this place is allowed to stay open and will be certainly reporting them, the only positive was the friendly staff.

We came here with our baby for my partners birthday for a lunch. Sam H was an excellent waiter, he was very polite but not overbearing and allowed us to enjoy our food whilst checking in with us at appropriate times. Food was good and good sized portions

The manager Lynne made my first experience there a lovely one. She was very welcoming and gave good recommendations. The food she suggested was perfect for me. I didn’t expect so much care and attention from a busy manager. Will definitely be returning soon!

The restaurant is really well themed, providing a great atmosphere. Service is OK but a bit laid back, leading you to think that you have been forgotten, plus my appetisers came with my main course. Food is nothing to write home about as the mozzarella sticks were as bland as the accompanying tomato dip, plus the burger was dry. Plenty of parking.

It always feels good to go back to this place for some special treats. Potato fries taste like pure African organic potatoes. Great staff and good customer service. Watch out because those ribs will consume your pounds. They should help customers earn rewards for special treat as other restaurants do.

Very good place for nice food and good cocktails. Was greeting at the front desk by a guy who knew what he was doing, asked us to scan the NHS QR code as well as the menu QR code and had a mask on. Seated us at our table. Order was taken straight away and food was delivered to us quickly. The food and drinks and deserts were great but the Nachos tasted as if they were defrosted and heated. All in all good service, good atmosphere and good food, would recommend.

The starters were nice and the staff seemed friendly but the quality of food has definitely gone down hill. I ordered the surf and turf I asked for my steak medium and it was almost cremated the ribs definitely were burnt back with no sauce. Even my cocktail wasn't what it used to be.

Amazing experience enhanced by all the wonderful customer service provided by Mel, Chloe & Sam.. With a very convenient location next to local proximitys, this TGI Fridays has a lot to offer.. After being told that there's an hour & a half wait for a table for 2, I advised the staff member that a spot at the bar would be perfect & was informed only appetisers can be served there which wasn't a problem at all. Chole made us amazing cocktails that were from her own personal experience, Mel served us with outstanding customer service and Sam brought us the energy! 5* would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

Been today first time. Waiting for good with starters 45 min. New York steak horrible. I ask for medium done but it been raw completely. Fries bad quality. Dirty place. Never again.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Fridays Enfield, and it was one of the best experiences ever! The team was brilliant and handled a group of 11 ten-year-olds exceptionally well. The General Manager, Lynne, is lovely and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a birthday celebration. We'll be back very soon! Thank you, Fridays team, for making our day so special!
