I always have wonderful visits at Boston Pain Care! Everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. I especially am so happy with Doctor Silk. He has to be the most wonderful doctor that I've ever met! His compassion and caring is beyond measure, he is very knowledgeable and spends the extra time to make sure you understand everything about your treatment.

After trying migraine treatments at other hospitals I discovered BPC and I will never change them. They are the best in patient care and have cutting edge treatments to deal with all sorts of conditions. The admin and nursing staff are amazingly helpful, always. The doctors really care about patients and tend to accommodate last minute needs. Their nerve block treatment is unbelievable good (especially compared to other places). I highly recommend it. It is a life-changing clinic.

I've been here 3 times and everytime the staff has been amazing. They know what they are doing and extremely "genuinely" friendly and there's just a great vibe you can feel even between the staff. I've never felt so comfortable in a health care setting, and I always leave smiling even though I'd just have a procedure done. The anesthesiologist I had all three times showed the same characteristics, and also sedated me perfectly each time, she's amazing. I've never been so happy to go to such an impeccable facility thanks to all their staff. I can honestly say I don't mind having a procedure done when I go there. I would not have the amazing life I have it if weren't for Dr. Lee Silk and Boston Pain Care. He is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. He treats my back and knee that was damaged in an accident with a Fedex truck. First, Dr. Silk is the most competent diagnostician I have ever met. I have sent friends to him whom I suspected were misdiagnosed and he diagnosed their problems accurately every time. I have trigger point injections with Dr. Silk (who is an anesthesiologist) regularly and can function because of him. For the first three months of the pandemic, the clinic was closed and I ended up in bed for three months due to pain. Believe me, I now know the alternative! I have also been treated by Dr. Bazoberry and he is as good as his colleague. You are treated as a whole person. Everyone in the practice is friendly and you always feel welcome. The other amazing thing about this medical group is that it is owned and operated by the doctors - not any hospital They spend the beginning of every meeting finding out how you are and listening keenly. The staff are friendly, the medical service is amazing and you are listened to keenly. I'm delighted to write this recommendation to anyone who need pain care service and prefers to be treated as a worthy human being.

I had a great experience with Boston Pain Care. The staff is super professional and the facility is squeaky clean. It made me feel very safe. I saw Doctor Barnes for the first time and found him to be very knowledgeable and empathetic to my shoulder pain. He suggested a number of options and we decided on one. He didn’t just throw meds at me but explained my options and listened to all of my crazy symptoms, helping me understand what I was experiencing. I have been a patient at Boston Pain Care for several years. Any doctor I’ve encountered has been caring, compassionate, professional and very familiar with many types /causes of pain. I have had different treatments for my pain. Most often, I’ve attained a level of lesser pain. Marina is the NP I see. She is awesome! She follows my care and pain levels monthly. She follows up with suggestions, as well as prescribing my pain medication. I am very satisfied with all the care I have received at BPC.

The staff are always very kind and attentive, really making the experience smooth. The treatment the doctor provides is the best I have ever have. I have had migraines for 35 years and have never experienced the relief I do now while seeing the Boston PainCare. They are truly always there for me when I need help and they understand how debilitating the pain can be. I highly reccommend Boston PainCare.
