Very dissatisfied… despite the appointment, I waited 1.5 hours after asking (30 minutes after the appointment) when it was my turn. I can only agree with the previous speakers here regarding preferential treatment of compatriots. Furthermore, I couldn't answer whether the Dr. Maykan, as a urologist, can carry out a spermogram.

Borderline scam to draw patients in by offering Covid vaccination appointments and then cancelling the appointment at the very last minute. I had to travel over 400km(to and fro) in vain because of their mismanagement.

Had my Corona vaccine there and everything went on smooth. Nice staffs and Doctor Maykan was so nice.

One star for what is necessary and expected: an examination with a diagnosis and suggested therapy. Everything else: unfortunately suboptimal. Despite an appointment and no waiting room full to capacity, I was shamelessly made to wait for over 2 hours in an acute state of illness. It was only when I asked when it would start that they responded. All (!) Russian-speaking patients have now been admitted. The doctor's first question was: "Do you have a family doctor and if so, why are you now not with him but with me?" You can't feel even less welcome as a patient. The reception staff also fell short of expectations: they whispered or communicated directly in Russian. This would perhaps not be a problem and a peculiarity to be laughed at if, especially in view of some of the previous speakers, what contemporary intellectuals today like to call "everyday racism" were not constantly and blatantly practiced. I, on the other hand, simply call it outrageous.

I booked an appointment at Doctolib, I clicked there because I had never been there before, after I was able to wait in the waiting room and it was finally my turn, the doctor couldn't treat me because I wasn't one of their patients. It's not an emergency clinic. 1 you can write directly when making an appointment that you are not taking any new patients, 2 you can also call and tell the patient so that they don't go there at all and 3 you can tell them at the latest when they register that they don't need to wait and can go home. 1 star is already too much.

I cannot recommend Doctor Maikan at all, examinations were carried out without first saying that they had to be paid for privately and the results were not even explained properly, but after more than a year the bill came for around 150 euros... never again...and please be careful for the others...

I went to the Fachzentrum Düsseldorf-Süd for the COVID-19 booster vaccination and I have to say everything was super organized and quick. Dr. Maykan and the people at the desk were very polite and friendly. Appointment was easy to schedule via Doctolib. Totally recommended.

We had an appointment in urology at 8:15 a.m. At 9:20 a.m. the doctor was still not in the office. Although appointments were made for from 8 a.m. Unfortunately, the ladies at reception didn't know when the doctor would enter the practice. We were on Unfortunately reception was not informed that the doctor was late. Each patient was asked to sit down for “a moment.” We left after over an hour. Of course the doctor's assistants can't do anything about it. Doctors should think about whether this is how we treat other people's time.

I visited the place for the 1st Covid-19 shot and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly, English speaking staff and clean facilities. Short 1 min walk from a train station. In and out I was done in about 10 mins. Very happy with the service.

Despite the appointment, the waiting time was almost 2 hours. Also the impression of favoritism towards fellow citizens who speak different languages.
