I’m so grateful I ended up at F45 Madeley. Such an amazing community feel with supportive coaches who genuinely want you to succeed and strive with you to reach your goals. They go above and beyond to help you hit your goals and always have great advice if you’re not. I have been to other F45 gyms and this one definitely stands out as the BEST! The coaches are so encouraging and they also support you in bringing your kids to training. This is a huge plus when you’re a busy mum and sometimes can’t get it done without the kids! Thank you F45 Madeley for always making us feel welcome!

The coaches are what makes this studio so great. They genuinely want to see you succeed and are full of motivation every class.

I've been to other F45s and this one is definitely the stand out best. The trainers all know your name and importantly go out of their way to know them. I feel very accepted and not intimidated at all. Love every trainer, all are so welcoming. And also Dave the owner who is very present and approachable! 100% recommend!

Love this studio. Trainers are lovely and so supportive (but don’t be fooled, they certainly push you to work hard!). Great community feel too. No setup, no pack down. Just show up, switch off and work your guts out. I’ve lost 15kg with the help of this studio. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Wow, what an amazing place and staff. I went for a tial and I felt so energetic after. F45 is magical. it releases all my stress after busy working day. I highly recommend it for everyone who experience anxiety and fatigue.
