    My friends and I joined MH to do the 6 week reform challenge and I’m so glad we did. We were all beginners at training and the guys at MH made us feel so welcome. They walked us through each exercise and corrected us where we needed. We joined the 6 week program to get back into training and it did exactly that along with some outstanding results. I feel so much more confident exercising and also more confident in myself 😄

    My experience at MH Performance has been absolute amazing!! I was attending MH north side of the river facility but found it a bit far. I then seen that MH performance was opening a SOR space and was so excited to get back into it. Mandy & her team have helped me so much with strength, fitness and injury prevention. They are all so lovely and supportive! I highly recommend MH Performance for anyone!!

    Online Nutrition Coaching with Lewis has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I never would have thought I would have lost weight, and changed my body composition eating such yummy foods. This is not some short program that starves you for quick results. It is an investment into your health that produces results with sustainable change, giving you the tools and education for continued success. Anything is achievable with the right coach in your corner to help facilitate change. Thank you so much Lewis, what a great journey!

    I joined the Reform program at MH Performance three months ago and cannot believe the difference it has made to my life. I am learning a lot about nutrition and the MH app is so easy to use. I am eating a lot more food and have more energy to get through every day. Lewis really listens to my likes/dislikes/concerns about food and tailors my nutrition program to suit me. Lewis has analysed my blood work and I am on a supplement program to sort out my gut health. I have already seen huge improvements to my health and the menopause hot flushes that I used to have several times a day have now completely stopped. Amazing. The gym sessions have been fantastic. I trained with Mandy and Naomi at MH years ago so I knew that the standard of the sessions was going to be very high. The Reform sessions are challenging and rewarding, with lots of variety. All of the coaches are so knowledgeable and friendly, correcting technique and making sure you get the most out of every workout. If you have an injury or limitation the coaches change the exercise to suit you. The atmosphere in the gym is so positive - lots of hard work, but also lots of laughs. All of the other Reform girls are friendly and welcoming, with all ranges of ages and capabilities. I have lost cms, lost weight, gained strength and look forward to every session. Lewis has put together a great program and I highly recommend Reform!

    I have recently completed MH Performance's Self Guided 12-week program. After nearly a year of trying to conceive. Under the guidance of Mandy, I was able to achieve what seemed impossible – halfway through the program, I fell pregnant! I also felt healthier, had more energy, and lost 8kgs! What sets MH Performance apart is their commitment to creating a personalised and specific plan for each individual. Based off my metabolic blood work, Mandy provided me with a comprehensive supplement plan, specific nutrition guidance, and strength training plan.     As someone that previously never step foot in a gym (and never thought would due to anxiety), I now really look forward to my sessions at MH every week and am so glad I joined! It’s been great having a program that’s tailored towards me and where I’m at, and having Sarah as a coach who’s so understanding and supportive. I feel like I’ve truly been able to turn my health around, and wish I found the team at MH sooner!

    I’ve only been working with Mandy for 6 weeks but am already so happy with my results. My gut health has improved drastically and an old injury is now almost gone, due to less inflammation in my body. I would recommend Mandy and the team to anyone looking to put their health first!

    I’ve been seeing Mandy for over 12 months initially wanting help with my poor gut health (bloating, pain, etc) however as that has been improving so has my sleep, energy and hormones. The blood analysis completed by Mandy is thorough and her knowledge is incredible. I’m learning a lot and enjoy the regular check-in’s, new phases and protocol’s to keep me improving.
