    I like the location. Parking out front and beside the building. It looks like an old building re-purposed, and they have done a fairly good job. I actually went to look at projectors, but there were none on display. I can only assume they are not too popular in this store (or maybe they are a low seller). So, there was no sale. There is plenty of variety of gear here. TV's, fridges, washing machines, drones... even coffee machines. Edit: New Paint job outside! 🎨

    Went with my partner to get a new smart tv... I wanted a cheaper TV that was for sale on the floor and we had a really skinny small dude searving us and he full on questioned why I wanted a cheaper TV I said we don't need an overly priced TV and that I kn ow what salesman do to convince you to pay more for something you don't need he scoffed at me and generally made my experience so uncomfortable 😣 ened up convincing and scamming my partner into the way more expensive tv and guess what it's the worst TV I've ever owned !!! I really want to get in touch to who ever sold us because the experience was horrible and you were in fact wrong!!! If there is someone I can get in touch with to find the horrible employee please conatcT me this person should not be in sales!! Especially at JB when it's so hard to get a job!!

    Really good experience at this JB. Team was knowledgeable, helped me out and was friendly. I got in and out fairly quick. I've been coming to this store for years and have generally always had a good experience.

    Was a bit hard to find a staff member to help me. Finally a lovely Scottish man came to assist me and the rest of the purchase was easy. Very happy with price and my purchase.

    JB HI-FI Brighton, WOW customer service!! Possibly new management, I am not sure. However there were plenty of staff walking around and staring but no eye contact. I felt like I was at the train station. Your products are a great price and on occasions a deal can be done. Management please upskill your staff on 'Customer Service'. However, there is a pyramid effect. Such shame it use to be a great store.

    Somehow I just didn’t realize they sell/stock washing machines and dishwashers. Pretty well stocked store. Helpful. No issues. Keep using them.

    I had a great shopping experience with this store especially with Christopher. I placed an order via phone call and the stock was available. I was told to come and collect as they would make it ready in the next hour. When I arrived, to my surprise, yes my order was awaiting payment. When I asked to check out other products, Chris did not hesitate to ask me to go around and offered if he could explain to me. This is really an exceptional service. I would definitely come back to purchase other stuff here again.

    I bought a Samsung A54 in June 2023 but was having some issues and it wasn't clear if it was a phone issue or network. I went in and spoke with Tom in the phone section from where I'd bought it. It has been quite a while since I've received great service anywhere but Tom was exceptional. He spent over an hour trying to sort things out and in the end organised a replacement phone even though I had exceeded the time period for an automatic replacement. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received and it cemented my resolve that in future JB HiFi is my first stop for all things electrical and technical. So good!!!!

    Bought a mobile phone with a minor defect. It got worse and after a couple of months I couldn't use the phone. JB service was fantastic with their assistance and sorting out the warranty and replacement phone.

    I visited the JB Hi-Fi Brighton store on Saturday afternoon to buy a new TV. The store was very busy, and there was a long line at the checkout. I waited for about 15 minutes to be served, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff member who helped me was very friendly and helpful, and she took the time to explain the different features of the TVs I was interested in. I ended up buying a TV that I was very happy with. Overall, I had a positive experience at JB Hi-Fi Brighton. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store had a wide range of products. However, the wait time at the checkout was a bit long. If the store was less busy, I would have given it 5 stars.

    Went in today looking for an Xbox for my son for Xmas. Was served by a women half my age. Knew exactly what I needed and advised me to grab some extras to save time and money down the line. Good staff just make it to easy….

    We only used the click and collect aspect. The start back there were on point and processed our order quickly and helped us load it up. The parking is tight and made worse by the douchebags parking in the do not park zone in front of the pick up door

    I've visited JB Hifi Store multiple times, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. Each time, I've encountered significant issues with the service that have consistently detracted from my overall experience. lack of Staff in Needed Areas: On multiple occasions, I've found myself in sections of the store desperately needing assistance, only to find no staff members available. This has not only been inconvenient but also frustrating, especially when I needed expert advice or had specific questions about products or services. Staff Not Engaged: Conversely, in areas where staff presence isn't as critical, I've noticed employees who seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping. Seeing staff members not actively assisting customers or improving the store environment, especially when other parts of the store are clearly understaffed, is disheartening. Overall Impression: These repeated experiences have left me with a negative impression of JB Hifi Store. A store's service quality is as crucial as its products, and unfortunately, JB Hifi Store has consistently fallen short in this aspect. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is significant room for improvement in staff management and customer service.

    Typical JB store. Everything available. But “needles in haystacks” springs to mind. Had to ask a store assistant to locate my purchase. Promptly found. But why is checkout located so far away from the exit?
