Very bad experience every time we vist there there is no staff available there are all 9 counters but no staff at all in peak hour also there will be 1 or 2 members on counters rest 7 counters are mostly on rest and if they get every one login and if there friends are not available they take id password from each other and they login they leave it no staff on counter available

I have frequented Reliance Smart numerous times, visiting around 5-6 times a month. It serves as a one-stop destination for all my grocery needs, offering a wide range of products. They showed many discount, buy one get one free, buy one get anything free. All these only for the name sake if we go through the bill thoroughly we will understand tha reality. Very bad experience.

They put stock in specials with offer price and when I shop for it and go to billing , billing price is different and when I ask them why is this like this , they start saying system is not updated and etc . Wasted all my time and when I say them I will complain they are like okay sir . Worst Management ever , they don’t care customer and their needs

It's specious mall to buy all household and all daily need items. Many varieties of products are available. Groceries we can buy here at cheap rate similar to D-mart. Mall is clean and easily accessible. Must visit at least once. Definitely

It is a super market with all the items available here. Items from kitchen to dresses all items are avaliabke here.

Worst experience.its been 4months since I am facing this issue I.e I used My fi(federql bank)card as i can get 10% off upto 500.but I didn't get any off or cashback.i contacted related officers st the store many times,all they had to say is we will definitely look into it sir.its been more than 4months.worst ever experience.pls don't go here.They didn't care about customers.
