I went with family to this restaurant for Lunch The Ambience and service is so good Food also tastes good but it can be improved The prices are little higher compared to normal restaurants but its okay for the service they provide Restuarant is maintained so clean and neat Washrooms are available

The best hotel in Warangal. But some areas of improvement is needed to get a extra star. 1. Entrance of the hotel is not good, may be due to the road construction some what difficulty in vehicle driving into the hotel and coming out. 2.breakfast is good but daily menu should be changed apart from regular menu. 3. AC in the room is set to 28 can't change the temperature feels hot most of the times that needs to be atleast 24 minimum for the comfort. 4. Apart from the regular locks to the rooms should have maintained modified ones which gives premium look to the hotel. 5. Washrooms are good clean neatly maintained. Overall it was a good hotel for stay in Warangal. I can say the best in Warangal.

Located at convenient place, nearer to Warangal Railway Station with nice ambience, parking, good rooms, delicious food etc

The place is conveniently located in the middle of agri input retail market. Better rooms as compared to other hotels in vicinity. However walkin prices are very high as compared to online prices that we realises after walking in. The reception guys are arrogant enough to not provide any discount. For a twin sharing room, only one bottle of water is provided. Buffet breakfast has limited spread, but the quality of food is ok. Must try other places in the further part of city before finalising this place

Food is very average. Ordered methi chaman and they gave malai kofta's gravy. Took him 15 mins to give water and couldn't understand the order properly Worst experience in warangal

I've visited Warangal recently with family and stayed in Grand Gayathri. It was a very pleasant stay. Service, food, inside environment is flawless and great. We got morning complementary breakfast it was delicious which includes south indian iteams such as idly, dosa, poori, vada, tomato bath, etc. Also afternoon lunch as well delicious we had paneer biryani, golden fried baby corn, dragon rolls, butter naan, mix veg curry all of them are tasty and very filling. Bill processing very detailed, quick and flawless. And we got car parking as well in basement. Overall it was nice experience and recommend for all.

Located near to the warangal railway station and opposite to Warangal post office. Previously it was good but recently their services and quality of food and maintenance was worst. All these are because lack of man power and experienced staff. If it is continues like this only mostly they lost their customers.

Best place in Warangal for a function ,there food is very tasty specially Chicken Biryani and Hyderabad mutton .There menu all items taste very good and the hotel is very neat and clean . Preferably a good hotel to rate 5 star in Warangal.

Nice place for business meetings. Luxurious banquet halls and food was so delicious especially non-veg.

Rooms are good. Service was a bit slow. Food was too costly. In general hotels who charge like them will offer complementary breakfast, but here they charge 220 +gst for unlimited breakfast.

Very close to Warangal station. Ambiance and hospitality is good. Beds are good however not comfortable to get good sleep.

The restaurant's starters are exceptional and distinct from those at similar establishments. Keep up the good work and keep up the standards. So that when I return, I'll be able to give you 5 stars.

Worst hotel. They dont care to accomodate any refunds even if the customer needs to cancel their visit plans due to unforeseen circumstances and ask for a refund 3-4 days in advance. Avoid this hotel ...

The main counter morning shift staff were very rude. The room was very untidy and unkept. Smells of smoke, bathrooms were dirty, Taps were tight and rusted. Their buffet breakfast even when the hotel was fully occupied wasn't ready till 8am when they have actually mentioned it at 7am breakfast session starts, the food also did not taste good. Over all a very bad experience at this place. Will not choose this

I have visited this place for dine-in. The food here is very delicious and mouth watering. This is one of the best places in warangal to have biryani. They have different varieties of starters. I would rate the quality of food 4.6/5. The cost of food here is bit expensive. The problem here is the waiters. They mostly serve food very slow. This place has parking facility too.
