When I was looking for a family doctor after moving to Bielefeld, Dr. Bach was the only one who accepted me as a new patient, which I was initially very happy about. I had very bad back pain and got an appointment relatively quickly. Since I had a history with my back, I was afraid that it could be something more serious. After seeing Dr. After Bach described everything, I was only told that I should please start exercising. I'm in my mid-20s and of childbearing age. I should please take care of my spine, join the gym and pay attention to my diet. Without first asking if I exercise and eat healthy (which I do). "You have a beautiful face, it would be great to lose a few more kilos." I simply caught a cold and should please close the window when sleeping and always wear something long that reaches over my rump. Since, according to his statements, no top from the women's department would fit me, I should please look in the men's department for T-shirts in sizes XL/XXL. Having to listen to something like that from a man who is overweight is of course super unnecessary and very unempathetic of him. I have never been so reduced to my appearance as with Dr. Bach. Of course he tried to make up for it with his “funny” and “likeable” nature. Didn't work Dr. Bach. Maybe in the future you should be a little more careful what you say to people who you have no idea what lifestyle they lead. So after I got a sick note for 3 days, I wanted to extend it after these 3 days because I was still in pain. So I call to ask if I could come over. I was told that I should come back the following day. So after I was there the next day, I was very annoyed after waiting for over an hour. There wasn't much going on. All patients after me got their turn before me. Since I just wanted a sick note, I went to register. There it turned out that I had been forgotten. (Like another 2 patients I was waiting with). Unfortunately, the staff became unfriendly to me pretty quickly and when I took the follow-up sick note, they forgot to write me in sick for the day I called (in time). When I asked several times that a day would be missed, I was assured that everything would be fine. It turned out that it didn't work out and I missed work for a day without an excuse. Thanks for that :) To get to the point: Absolutely no recommendation. Really absolutely not.

Wenn es möglich wäre, hätte diese Praxis nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Mein Partner war nun ZWEI mal dort. Wartete BEIDE male über Stunden im wartezimmer und wurde am Ende OHNE Arztgespräch mit einem Rezept abgehandelt und weggeschickt. Bei dem zweiten Besuch kam der Arzt ins Wartezimmer und verschrieb dort Noch einmal ein weiteres Rezept, weil das erste nicht geholfen hat. Welch wunder, wenn man nicht mal eine Untersuchung vornimmt. Hier wird die Sorgfaltspflicht und Behandlungspflicht des Arztes vernachlässigt und weder eine fundierte Anamnese noch eine Behandlung gewährleistet. Dieses Verhalten ist nicht zu entschuldigen. Bei Patienten mit psychischen Problemen und generellen vertrauensproblemen in das Gesundheitssystem kann dies bleibende Spuren hinterlassen, wenn man mit seinen Beschwerden nicht ernst genommen wird und von einer Sprechstundenhilfe ein Rezept bekommt auf "Erfahrungsbasis" ohne zugrundeliegende Kompetenzen oder Anamnese. Wir sind sauer und maßlos enttäuscht!

Now I came by in person and found out that you're on vacation, that's super unprofessional, there are answering machines and Google.

Had to go to practice once today. I received a very warm welcome, even though I've never been there before. It was well looked after, everyone was very nice, even though the practice was very busy. Thank you very much

Sehr net und freundlich, gibt viel Zeit mit den Patienten und er erklärt alles. Man ist auf jeden Fall zufrieden da.

An excellent doctor, a super nice team. In this practice you can even take blood without getting bruises. (They know how to do it) :) The doctor took his time and I felt like I was being treated well. thumbs up from me.

A lot of things don't work as they should here. I called there on Monday to make an appointment, the person on the phone said I should come by. When I was on site I was sent home and told to come back tomorrow. So I'm going again on Tuesday. When I was there, I was suddenly accused of not being insured (i.e. I am an employee). The staff also suggested that I please visit my former doctor in my home village (my home village is 2 hours away). All this after I was told on Monday that I would be treated on Tuesday and receive a sick note for Monday included. Now I went there for two days to be treated like a fool and leave without any treatment. And all this with a flu and a fever of 39 degrees. This practice is almost a case for the medical association...

Definitely not recommended!! With acute gastrointestinal problems I wasn't accepted due to their broken fax machine. I should go to the health insurance company and pick up my insurance confirmation because my card has expired 19 days (it's also no problem if it flows out at the front and back of a tour every minute) by phone and This wouldn't work by email either. When you pointed out your rights, you were only verbally attacked, shouted at and brushed off. All of that does NOT speak for itself, a very competent practice
