We
were
21
of
April
2019,
a
group
of
friends,
6
to
be
exactly
in
the
hot
springs.
We
came
around
19:30
we
were
polite,
ask
all
the
rules
and
came
inside.
We
were
having
inside
a
really
good
time.
The
personal
told
us
at
21:45
if
we
wanted
to
take
a
shower
we
should
start
to
leave,
and
we
did.
We
took
a
shower,
there
were
still
more
people
around
us.
We
finish
and
start
dressing,
and
the
worker
from
there
(a
man
around
60
years
old,
tall,
wearing
a
black
uniform)
start
to
tell
us
to
leave,
we
knew
it,
we
were
already
dressing,
politely
we
say
we
were
leaving.
He
only
approach
to
us,
being
more
people
in
the
changing
room
(Umkleidung),
he
came
in
2
minutes
3
times
more,
we
told
him
each
time
ok,
and
he
was
getting
aggressive.
I
told
him,
if
he
is
talking
all
the
time
with
us,
each
time
I
have
to
stop
to
talk
to
him
and
I
will
loose
more
time.
He
got
more
nervous
and
was
staring
at
us
when
we
were
changing.
Finally
when
we
finish,
and
it
was
still
more
people
there
(people
talking
German,
probably
germas)
because
with
him
of
course
we
were
talking
German,
but
between
us
we
were
talking
English,
we
are
allow
to
do
it.
Next
to
the
rest
of
"probably
Germans"
we
were
drying
our
hair,
he
continue
really
aggressive
to
tell
us
to
leave,
I
said
I
knew
and
ask
him,
why
he
was
saying
only
to
us
when
it
was
more
people
there.
He
put
himself
behind
me,
and
start
really
screaming
at
me,
what
I
ignore,
because
I
am
not
an
animal
to
let
anyone
scream
at
me.
HE
FINALLY
APPROACHED
ME
WITH
VIOLENCE
AND
TOOK
THE
HAIRDRYER
FROM
MY
HANDS,
BREAKING
IT.
I
couldn't
believe
it,
I
was
in
shock,
we
went
outside,
and
wanted
to
call
the
police,
but
my
friends
told
me
because
it
was
already
22:10
it
was
late,
and
police
will
have
take
us
3
hours
at
least,
we
do
not
live
in
the
region,
we
were
traveling
next
day.
But
I
wanted
at
least
to
leave
a
complain
there,
the
receptionist,
that
did
not
wanted
to
give
me
her
name,
or
the
name
of
the
violent
worker,
(something
that
when
you
work
in
the
public
it
is
mandatory,
they
have
to
have
a
nameplate),
not
only
refuse
it,
she
even
refuse
to
give
me
a
Claims
sheet,
something
that
every
public
stability
muss
have.
UNBELIEVABLE.
The
violent
worker
was
continue
screaming,
calling
us
"Ausländische".
Even
oder
people
confirm,
that
the
worker
is
normally
loosing
his
manners
and
even
the
receptionist
told
me
he
was
not
right.
I
am
a
woman,
and
that
a
man
bigger
than
me
comes
violent
against
me,
scares
me.
This
is
really
not
acceptable
at
all.
Sincerely
Paloma
Fernández
