Very lovely restaurant with a nice variety of food and a good choice of drinks. We chose mixed grill. The meat was well prepared and fresh. For the drinks, I would recommend trying maslina i badem liqueur and some traditional Croatian beer. The staff at the restaurant were very professional and attentive. We felt welcomed and left feeling happy and full 🙂🙂

Yesterday I visited this restaurant with my wife and some friends for the very first time. As we entered this restaurant, we were, at first, fascinated by the interior and ambience of this restaurant. It was well decorated reflecting the antique croatian vibes. Secondly, the staffs and the service personnels were really great and friendly. They really had the welcoming nature which we found really great. All the drinks and the foods were quite delicious and tasty. The price was quite reasonable too. At the end, while paying the bills, they offered us a shot of Jûliska, a traditional croatian whiskey. We really had a great dinner there and will definitely visit there again because of their warm hospitality and delicious foods. Furthermore, we also got a chance to learn few croatian phrases as those are printed on their napkins, which I found really creative to promote their language and culture. #croatian_food&beverages #highlyrecommended #creativeideas

Weekend dinner date with husband. As you can see in the pictures, the portion is very satisfying and the quality matches the quantity. Good price and cozy classic vibe inside. Love it 👌🏻

Loved everything about it. Good and affordable food with great service and a smile. Very hospitable. I would recommend the BBQ mixed grill. Don't eat too much before though or finishing it will be a challenge. Would love to go again, anytime.

Mixed feelings.. Our meal was lovely, wich is the most important thing. We had the mixed grill and Berner trio. The meat was savory and succulent: not dry, not rare - just perfect. The side salad: typically german - no complaint there but they're all alike. However, the đuveč-rice was nothing short of a disaster. Soggy, overcooked, bland.. Really nothing attractive at all, which is why we didn't eat it, hence a waste of resources. Also, the waiter was more a disturbance than a help. Hardly spoke german nor english, couldn't recommend anything in particular (brabbled something ununderstandable signalling everything on the menu with his ballpoint), put things on our table we didn't order (without explaining first we were invited to try them), and stayed next to our table the whole time while deciding what to chose, which made us kind of nervous.. So, for the food, yes, please give it a try. To the owner: please think about training your personnel properly so as not to put your image into yeopardy.

Very nice meal , even though we didn't have a reservation, they managed to squeeze us in. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

I was staying in Oberhausen with my daughter, and we came across this restaurant on an Internet search. The previous reviews and menu looked good, so we made our way there. On arrival, the staff were really accommodating, and they even had a menu in English for us! After ordering our meal (both mixed grills), we were given a bowl of soup and then a salad, all included within the price. Then our meals came out. Wow, came to mind by the quality of the food, taste, and preparation. Compliments to the chef!!! Whilst the dessert menu looked good, there was certainly no room left for either of us, but before we left we were given a drink of Juliska (apologies if I spelt this incorrect), which is a pear and plum brandy, which certainly went down well. I would highly recommend a visit, and I will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you!

Oh my god, we are so full! The food was delicious and plentiful, prices were more than fair (we paid €34 for a platter for two...and took a lot home!), service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere inside is very pleasant. I wish I had three thumbs but as it is: two thumbs up! (platter in photo shown without a bacon which we had already eaten).
