Mr. Ulrich was very professional and helpful. Also the premises were good. BUT... We came early in the morning and there were no coffee. We wanted to change our S500 but I have never met so bad sales person in my life. We were told that our car needs change of the manifold chain which takes 4-5 work days but in other place the problem was solved much easier. We also told advanced that we need to change the tyres but when we got to this place, they didn't have them and could not order them for the same day. Let's say that we have had better service in other places in Germany and other countries.
