I am a regular attendee at World Gym. It has all the equipments one needs for a great workout. The trainers led by Mr. Dev are helpful and willing to explain you the form on request. The only drawback is that the space seems a bit cramped for the number of people who visit there. For the fitness freaks at Wardha, World Gym is a good option.

Best Gym at Wardha. Excellent free weights and heavy machines. Heaven for heavy lifters. Just one major shortfall and that's the unavailability of Olympic Bars which is must for Powerlifting and Weightlifting. Viju bhaiya, the gym owner is a kind and helpful man. God bless you Viju Bhaiya.

Had a great experience working out here for the past month while I was in town on vacation. The gym on the first floor has all the equipment one needs. There is a dedicated area for stretching/warmup which is also used as Yoga studio and for other group classes and another separate space with cardio machines. There’s also the power gym on the second floor but it has older equipment and I soon realized that it wasn’t for me. The gym floor can get crowded at times. I think that both the gym and the patrons would benefit from an expansion. I trained with Shashi sir (shout out to Deo sir for hooking me up with him) and would highly recommend him. The staff and patrons were friendly and helpful. I definitely look forward to being back the next time I am in town.
