Quality was of a very low standard compared to other franchises I have visited in the chain. Portions were very small especially the kids portions were extremely small and dry, the tomato sauce was put on by my boy so he could swallow it, it was so dry. My wife and I think it’s our worst ever takeaway and extremely overpriced for what we received at a cost of $51 for the family fiesta meal at the Warnbro Guzman. It will be the last.

Just got back home from Warnbro GYG and this is the terrible quantity we’ve got for $15 Nachos. My mistake, I should have checked right there. First time tried the Warnbro GYG instead of Cockburn which has always served far better than the sorry excuse of this one. I live 17 minutes away and I really want to go back and return this.

Asked for minced beef and this was what I got, presentation was so displeasing. This is isn’t the first time that I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The food from this gyg has been atrocious time and time again, thought I’d give it a couple chances but regret all of them. Honestly horrendous how this is allowed to happen.

So first time ordering this, I asked for nacho fries with half pulled pork and half pulled beef (brisket) with the melted cheese but no guacamole or sour cream, ... what I got was nachoes with chunks of pork and ground beef with guacamole We went back and they redid the order and this time I got chunks of pork and still got ground beef. it's got me stuffed as to what they think they sell, who ever was on doing a simple order really needs to take the week off and go MEMORISE their menu... also take a class on how to make pulled pork and while your at it go learn how to make pulled beef brisket and LEARN the difference between beef brisket and ground beef .. BTW I can make a better ground beef topping

This is so disappointing compared to the Cockburn franchise. Our food was packaged so poorly my son's tacos were packed upside down so all the meat fell out, my Cali burrito had no joke 4 chips in it, My partner ordered 3 beef tacos and got 1 pork one?? And the chips had none of that great seasoning on them and to top it off it took 20 minutes to get and when I ordered for table service I was not given the option. Please Please Please train your staff here because the disparity between this branch and Cockburn is very evident and the fact the food was packed so poorly that food was all over the place is really poor. If things don't change there I really hope this place continues to get poor reviews because they are very well deserved here

Ordered the quesadilla plus even with extra sour cream. Ended up getting a plain wrap with two tiny pieces of chicken…wouldn’t recommend and will not be going back.

We haven't had Mexican for years & decided to give Guzman y Gomez - Warnbro a try. Service was really good, pleasant, polite, upbeat young crew. Food was ok, not sure why but seemed a bit bland to me...not a spicy flavoursome punch I remember Mexican having....could be my aging taste buds, not sure 🤔 The serving size of the meat component of our chosen dishes was very, very small in comparison to the salad, accompaniment & a little on the dry side. Pricing on the high side for what's on offer.

Ive notice quality went down lately, I always order exact same burrito most of time is empty lack of filling flavour different size every time. I love GYG but this branch is not like others GYG

Ordered via door dash last night and I do get this regularly but I am unsure what happened maybe they where in a rush but I feel like we only got half a meal.. I did not use this account though

Atrocious. We love Mexican food 😋 and couldn't wait for this to open. When it did, we were there ! Absolutely terrible service. 4 times now. Every time there is a problem with the food. NEVER AGAIN. We keep thinking it may get better with it being new. Stood waiting to be served behind a customer complaining. Other staff wandering around. I noticed 2 members of staff picking bits out of someone's order. I had to say excuse me to get them to serve me. We have been given the wrong order, including the wrong type of meat and missing food items. Always cold and lacking in the wonderful Mexican flavours you would expect, with minimalistic servings. It's definitely the worst fast food restaurant I have encountered.

Got myself the pulled pork spicy burrito with guac. Service was prompt and friendly (at 10:45 am), burrito a decent size, had everything in it as expected. While it did have a bit of heat, everything else was pretty bland and not particularly fresh-tasting; for the price paid ($17.90) I would expect more flavour.
