Waffle house is my daughter's favorite place to eat so I took her to this location on her birthday for dinner, every one but myself ordered breakfast. The food was good made right and the ladies working made it an even better experience, they song her happy birthday! The juke box always sets the tune by choosing the selection you want to vibe off!

Don’t go here. This was the hands down the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. It was clean. The servers were friendly. That’s where the positives end. We ordered pretty simple food - a cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with over easy eggs, and 2 over easy eggs and sausage patties. Somehow my husband’s food was made (almost) correctly and brought out… and after 40 minutes they brought me the entirely wrong food. Another wait while they struggled to make over easy eggs and sausage patties, and they finally bring me the right food - at which point I get to remind them they never brought his toast. They brought that, but no jelly, and at that point I discovered a significant portion of my eggs were runny egg whites. My husband apparently also got runny egg whites. In the interest of not waiting another 40 minutes for them to cook two eggs, I separated the egg whites that were still snotty and raw from my mostly cold eggs and just made it work. The sausage was dry and over cooked, but again - I’m not spending my entire day getting my food remade over and over. Absolutely awful experience. Go to one of the tons of other Waffle Houses nearby who aren’t awful, and let this place just die.

This was a HORRIBLE experience it was so cold in there you couldn't enjoy your meal and i had on jeans, sweatshirt and Sneakers....walked in and they had maybe 6 customers and no clean tables to sit at but had about 6 employees working...the service was mediocre at best..I ordered an all star and did not receive my waffle the waitress said only 3 waffle irons were working but even still I did not get my waffle but I saw other customers getting theres...this waffle needs to be trained on how to give good customer service...would not recommend this location

My server appeared overwhelmed. Upon requesting the ticket, she loudly exclaimed she was on mark. Another older server completed the ticket delivery which was fine. I tipped them both. The food was the very best. Cooked and seasoned perfectly.

In town visiting son and grand. He loves Waffle House. The food eas good. I had the signature grits, eggs, sausage, and cheese bowl. Service was good. Waitress was attentive.

I always get a cheesecake omelette plate and now that option isn’t available to order online and there is no phone number to call 😭

I went in for breakfast and understandably they were busy. But what about a greeting since the door alerts you someone has entered. I seated myself at a table that needed clearing and was content to wait and watch until the server was free. Well the server was free, just focused on placing the check and collecting their card for payment . Eventually she cashed them out cleared the table and then she turned to me. Needless to say I had simply lost my taste and patience. Do better at acknowledging waiting guests and for goodness sake learn how to prioritize your tasks. Next time I'll try the noon shift because this used to be the place to eat in WR.

We were the only patrons in the restaurant. After finally finding a clean table, service was extremely slow, no soft drinks, & couldn’t even get a waffle because none of the waffle griddles were working properly! Our worst Waffle House experience ever!

I came in and there was a situation that the staff was handling with so much care and compassion. The staff was friendly professional and nice. My server and I had a real conversation. The food was good as well. I don’t know if it’s because I’m in Georgia however the Waffle House in Dallas Texas wasn’t this comfortable. Great job you guys

Food was good I didn't like the fact they closed for 10 mins made me wait outside then order but they wasn't busy had 2 tables enough staff to take my to go order but food was good

This is not my favorite waffle house and I find the service hit and miss but tonight it was absolutely fantastic! Just remember to bring a jacket, for some reason, even though I run warm, I always end up feeling chilled.

The service was great, the Manager is very good and checks her staff. Food was just perfect. Thanks so much for doing it right. Enjoy the cookies...

Will not eat here again. I asked for a patty melt plate with no onions. They gave me one with bacon on it. Worst tasting melt and the price was too much for what I received. It was hard and the taste was terrible. I will never order from here again!!!!

The food is usually good. Our waitress was really nice.

It is what it is. I'm never eating at any after this experience. The food is subpar and the service is so-so. The environment isn't warm in any shape or form.

Well, I had to use the bathroom. I used Google maps to show my the way to my uncle's house and it lead my to the Houston Country Sheriffs office. So, it was rather interesting.
