Apartments
are
nice,
but
in
my
opinion,
not
worth
the
current
price.
Pros-
the
apartment
was
cozy.
Maintenance
is
fast
and
friendly,
I
have
absolutely
no
complaints
there
-
the
AC
went
out
one
day
and
I
had
immediate
same
day
help
with
a
window
unit
and
a
quick
fix
once
a
part
for
the
AC
unit
came
in.
Any
other
issues
I
had
got
resolved
very
quickly,
usually
same-day.
Neighbors
were
nice
and
the
complex
is
generally
very
quiet
and
peaceful,
besides
police
and
ambulance
sirens
on
the
main
highway.
The
gym
and
pool
are
small
but
do
the
job.
Front
desk
staff
are
nice
and
usually
very
helpful.
Cons-
my
specific
apartment
was
hastily
renovated
with
cabinets
that
loosened
and
hung
off
over
time
and
needed
to
constantly
be
screwed
back
in,
room
thresholds
that
constantly
had
nails
come
up
and
loosen,
dangerous
for
pets.
Vinyl
flooring
that
needed
to
be
re-glued
down
more
than
once,
and
my
ceiling
was
stained
in
several
places
from
water
damage
that
had
been
fixed,
but
not
repainted.
The
location
also
suffers
with
traffic,
especially
trying
to
get
in
and
out
the
complex.
In
the
afternoon,
in
peak
hours,
it
can
be
extremely
annoying
to
leave
or
come
back.
As
of
mid-to-late
2022,
the
only
really
big
issue
is
that
you
are
paying
solely
for
the
midtown
Bonaire
location.
1100
-
1200
dollars
for
a
1
bedroom
1
bathroom
apartment,
680
sq
ft,
is
a
bit
high.
There
are
other
places
in
the
Warner
Robins
area
that
are
currently
offering
larger
apartments
for
less
money.
I
couldn't
justify
the
cost
staying
here,
and
was
able
to
find
somewhere
else
that
gave
me
a
much
higher
sq
ft.
apartment
for
slightly
less
monthly
rent.
Overall,
if
you
have
the
money
to
burn
and
REALLY
want
the
location,
it's
a
nice
place
to
live
with
good
staff
and
service.
But
if
you're
willing
to
move
ten
minutes
away,
prices
can
be
much
lower
for
similar
quality
apartments.
