Amazing service. The location looks great, and the staff is kind and helpful. The waiting time wasn't too bad, considering they only had one person available. I also liked the check-in online, it saves some time prior to your visit. Me and my family will be going there when needed from now on. I wanted to add... I really liked how they sent a text later to check on you and see how you're doing and give you options to reply accordingly. Unlike other places that I've been to, where you just get the notification that you have a following appointment.

Clean, quick, and helpful. Everyone on staff helped our little man feel comfortable so he could explain (with a little help) what has been going on and how he was feeling. They were patient and informative, letting him know every step before taking it. When they took his blood pressure they told him the cuff was giving his "big muscles a nice hug". They all put him at ease and encouraged him to speak up for the things he was feeling. Just so kind and very helpful to a sick little boy and his nervous mommas.

Short wait, they even said they could fit me in before my scheduled time. Facility is clean and new looking. Staff was pleasant. I liked the nurse practitioner a lot. Very honest and down to earth. Great bedside manner. Thanks for patching me up!

Usually when I go to urgent care type facilities, I just walk in without doing anything before appointment wise. Nowadays it makes for a long wait to do things that way. This time, I set up an approximate appointment time and used online check in AND registration, taking photos of my cards before arriving about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I had to wait around 10 minutes, and was taken back and was out in about 25 minutes after waiting for test results to inform treatment options. Dr. Thomas is who I saw I believe. She got me set up with medication which started working within hours of taking it. This worked out really well for me. I’m pleased.

I had a great experience with getting my healthcare situation resolved with Peachtree Immediate Care. The young lady who is the Receptionist was very courteous, professional and made the whole process of getting enrolled flow very easily. The physician provided top notch service as well. She was very thorough during my exam and took time to make sure I was well informed on my medical condition and what medications I needed to cure my illness. I was very impressed how quickly I was able to be enrolled and seen by the physician.

Best experience I’ve had at a med stop. The folks were friendly and professional. The physician there yesterday, Leatherwood, treated me and I’m very pleased with his knowledge and demeanor. I had to get an injection and the nurse was flawless. I’ve been to other med stops in the area but I’m gonna go to Peachtree Urgent Care from now on. The new one by Kroger on S Houston Lake @ Hwy 96. Highly recommend

I was a walk in. I walked at about 8 and was headed to my pharmacy by 945. Everyone was polite. My Nurse and Nurse Practioner had fantastic bedside manners. I was in extreme pain. They were sympathetic and very patient. Facility was neat and clean. I would recommend this facility. Thank you all.

I was checked in without delay. The sign in process was quick and efficient. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and offers of help. The staff was professional and courteous. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and offered several treatment options. Overall I found the experience to be as pleasant as could be!

From the moment I walked in everyone was professional & friendly. I felt my needs were met & I was in good hands. Even though I made an appointment online, there was a small wait but I didn’t mind because I understand everyone’s medical needs are different so they may need to spend more time helping another patient. The atmosphere was calm compared to the chaos of other med stops I’ve been to in the area. This will definitely be the place I go to from now on. Thank you!

Amazing care from the second I stepped into the building. The girl at the front desk was kind, even when dealing with a difficult situation. The doctor listened to my concerns and I was treated and out quickly. This was my first visit; however, my husband and child have also been seen here and the quality and speed of care have been unmatched every time. This place is a real asset to our area.
