We decided to get a Jacuzzi suite this time. The room was clean, big and spacious. Microwave and fridge in room. It had two queen beds a jacuzzi and a private bathroom with shower. The beds were very comfortable at this location! They have an indoor pool and hot tub and a good Continental breakfast with hot bacon and eggs!

I must say the reviews and pictures does this place, no justice. They have completely remodeled the hotel. From the time I walked in the service was not only good but exceptional! The front desk ladies Makaila and Demetrius "D" where super sweet and helpful. When I made it into my room I didn't have a need for ANYTHING. I had an ample amount of towels, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were really comfy. I got up and decided to try there breakfast. The lady who was in charge of the kitchen she was also sweet and helpful. She greeted me and showed me all the many options, and they had many for a complimentary breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, variety of bread for toast and not only 1 flavor of waffles but 2 lol I tried the cinnamon roll waffle and it was so delicious I didn't have a need for syrup, they had a variety of cereal, oatmeal, fruits yogurts, coffee, tea and a variety of juice. And to add to all of that, they have an INDOOR POOL! I didn't realize it until later, but I will remember for the future. One more must i add there in the middle of all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment, and the AFB. I travel often and this one adds to will return just lol.

Absolutely five star customer service, room decor, room amenities, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, location, price, parking, breakfast. The hallways and elevator look a little shoddy otherwise it would be indistinguishable from a five star hotel! And I'm a very picky customer. Big appreciation for outstandingly courteous, professional and informative front desk host (I think her name is Dee?). Room decor and quality of bed and towels is worthy of a five star hotel. Great location close to interstate and within walking distance of so many restaurants. Didnt get to use the gym and pool but they are there. Nice large pleasant breakfast area with good selection and surprisingly excellent coffee! This stay has raised Comfort Suites to a must-seek category on my list. BTW I was able to use points in the new Expedia/Hotels/VRBO alliance to get a discount.

Details Matter! Staying here for work i found it not up to par with any place i have stayed. Every fixture in my room was crooked, lose, or missing all together. Stains on carpet and dirty walls, public hairs all over to bathroom everywhere i look. I am not the pickiest but after a very cumbersome check in process (including pushing a branded credit card) i arrive to my oasis that frankly is falling apart. Next morning off for a early morning workout when i was told the gym is not open till 6:00am….clearly a policy decision of someone who doesn’t work out! I can only assume that the tiny gym room must be dangerously unsafe and requires staff to monitor guests. My advice Fix this place or sell it to someone who will maintain it! There are a hundred hotels around here so you can beat i will never be back!

Very over priced $159 as a choice member discount for two beds. Indoor pool not heated was really uncomfortable and honestly I wanted a hotel with a pool to unwind from a long drive. It is clean, nice bedding, breakfast and large room. But way too many other choices in that area for what you get and an actual comfortable pool. Or be better for an outdoor pool so at least the sun is warm. They were also out of pool towels and seem very short staff. No water fountain or no way to fill up your water bottle or even get a drink of water. I prefer filter water or regular drinking water and they do not have any. They lock doors at 10 so getting food delivered is a pain.

I had never stayed in a hotel with a jacuzzi in the room, but it was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. The pool could have been better. The hot tub next to the pool was a bit dirty, but we did go at night after everyone was in the pool so that's on us. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely come back.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and baked cookies in the evening. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The only flaw was it smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was professional and friendly.

It was fine for a last minute stop over traveling from Florida. Arrived late in the evening. Front desk clerk was too busy talking on a personal phone to check us in and answer our questions. Breakfast was okay.

They charged two credit cards. The experience with the front desk was a cluster from the jump. Hotel is fine. Pool was not usable. Staff was fine, just incompetent.

Very clean hotel. Good customer service. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. I recommend and would stay again.

Was a great place to stay for the night. The rooms were large and extremely clean. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in a while. The breakfast needed a little help but let’s face it, we’re really only there to sleep. Over all great experience.

I booked this location early 2023 for a family reunion that was occurring the weekend of June 23,2023. Over the phone the staff was personable and accommodating. The room I booked was two bedroom, two queen bed suite (Room 186). Upon arriving on June 23,2023 the I noticed that the air conditioners were only operative in the living room and one bedroom ( the temperature of both would only go down to 60 degrees.) The other bedroom air conditioner did not work at all. I called the front desk to alert them of situation. However, Erica (?) did not understand why other staff gave me that room as they ALL knew that the air conditioner was broken and she would try to get us moved to a new room. I did not receive any contact from staff that night. I went to speak with them about the about the situation. I was told that they could not move us and they could only give a refund for that night, IF I checked out right then. I told her this was unacceptable as this was their fault for reserving that room. They knew that I had a two night booking for the family reunion and it was not feasible to move. Erica stated that she could not do anything but Chris the manager would call me Monday and as of this message (4:48 Monday evening) NO ONE has contacted us. This is unacceptable to allow the room to be reserved and then blaming the client. I will tell others about the atrocious accommodation and the significant damages to the room to dissuade them from booking at this hotel.

Musty odor in room, trash was on the floor. stains on sofa, stuff smeared on headboards. Management refused to give a refund after we decided within minutes not to stay in the room due to health concerns. Manager didn’t seem to care about our concerns, just said the room is clean so no refund. Even showed me the note that was left in their book at the desk, which stated the wrong room number. Was too busy trying to argue with me to listen when I said they had the wrong room written down. I have found numerous other reviews on other sites stating the same concern about a musty odor. They obviously don’t care. Avoid this hotel. Much better, similar priced options just across the street.

This place is run by thieves and crooks, do not stay here they will steal your money. In my case literally. I made a reservation and had an issue with my card for the deposit, then then forced me out in the cold on Christmas Eve and refused to refund the room I already paid for
