I was in town for business and my crew was already based here so I joined them. We all typically favour the Candlewood properties and this one met expectations. Even though my crew on site made my reservation, using the IHG rewards number it popped up in the app and was easy to make an adjustment when my flight was delayed by a day. The desk staff was all fantastic, dealing with my check in, several extensions (including juggling rooms at one point, THANK YOU for accommodating when work already was getting depressing!), one maintenance item in my room and reporting an issue with the laundry. I don't usually use housekeeping services but on checkout that staff was friendly and prompt as well. The usual amenities abound - each room has a kitchenette with a few dishes, there were additional small appliances you could borrow downstairs. TV had great cable channels and even a DVD player with movies to borrow as well. Some rooms the kitchens did seem mid-renovation, one crew mate didn't have cabinet doors, mine seemed to have air venting from behind the cabinetry, but everything worked well and it's nice to be able to cook. If you do want to eat out, there is a Dunkin and a few restaurants next door, Kroger across the street, and a plethora of anything else you would want within a few blocks. Easy access on and off the interstate, 15 minute drive to the airport, and just across town to the Base and Museum of Aviation (which is free admission!). The bathroom was probably the most dated, new vanity area but older shower. I'm sure there will be updates to that in the next few years as it seems they're slowly working on it bit by bit. If I'm back in the area again this will be my first choice to stay!

First off, It's a good value. The property looks well maintained, our room is clean and comfortable, the a/c is cold. The staff is very friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. The location is convenient to both the business sector as well as the tourists attractions and it's fairly quiet at night so you can get a restful nights sleep. I'll be back.

Stayed here a year ago and had a pretty flawless experience that made me look forward to coming back. This time though, the room was absolutely disgusting…caramel popcorn, mushy vegetable chunks, disposable silverware wrappers, and more all over the floor. This place is not pet-friendly with all that harmful junk on the floor. A simple run of the vacuum would’ve cleaned most of that up, so obviously that didn’t get done. The vent on the AC unit was covered in several layers of dust. Basic cleanliness just doesn’t happen apparently. I called ahead to verify the pet fee was the same, saying I had two 5lb dogs; I was quoted the price for one evidently but not told it was per pet. When I saw it charged twice on the receipt, I told the guy at the front; he refunded one charge since I was misquoted by the attendant I spoke with on the phone. The same guy at the front when I was checking out simply offered “2000 points” as an apology for the disgusting room; that was a really cruddy compensation for such a gross issue. Was happy to leave. Can’t see myself coming back again sadly, as the problems were flatly addressed and cleanliness is just not something to take lightly. Both my husband and I left that morning with sore throats, which only I happens with mold, severe dust, or other unseen harmful things, just another indication things were not clean. It took us a few days to bounce back. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

The front desk clerk has been awesome. Unfortunately I've had to have too many conversations with her. Our first room smelled and was blatantly dirty. The sheets were dirty, bathroom disgusting, needed vacuumed, insect killers left in corners and an electrical panel in the AC was missing, just exposed wires. The second room didn't stink but was also very dirty. The door leading to the room was smeared in filth and a previous occupant left extremely unhygienic latex items along with some clothing in the bathroom vanity. No towels or toiletries. No kitchen basics were refilled either. Room also desperately needed vacuumed but the beds seemed to have clean sheets. The front desk clerk has been helpful, within her limitations but this is definitely not IHG standards.

Best bed I have slept in all month!!! The towels are extremely soft and starched. One of my first memories being in the Airforce, so I'm right at home! The room was very clean and ice box cold. Not my preference, but for a polar bear I'm sure perfect. I attempted to use the heater setting on the unit, no heat? I have not reached out to front desk but any inquires have been spot on resolved! Front desk extremely friendly and professional very helpful with restaurant reccomdndations. Large clean property, decent gym, large washers and dryers! Thank you for bringing ease and comfort to the top of the list!

So glad we stayed here! Clean, quiet and friendly. Area was beautiful. We searched for days trying to find a hotel that didn't have "bugs" in the reviews and this place didn't disappoint. Worth the money and will be staying here on our way back through. Only complaint is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so showering made the bathroom a little tricky because of the steam.

Well the people that work there were great and friendly. However the lack of water pressure, no hot water, and my toilet didn’t flush wasn’t the worst part…. The cockroach’s in the room were gross 🤮. I had to move to a different hotel.

To start, the General Managers demeanor felt forced and unwelcoming from Day One aided by awkward stares and several uncomfortable moments. 2- for anyone paying over a $100 a day, one would expect the basic amenity of hot showers..Almost at all times of the day, the water pressure was low and the temperature was barely lukewarm; morning, noon or night. 3- Metal towel hangers( both located in bathroom) became unhinged or basically not properly screwed to the wall, both missing screws, posing a serious injury risk being that they're heavy and metal and easily falls from the wall in which they've done more times than I can count. 4- They offer "free-parking" for a parking infrastructure that cannot support their occupancy rate. Rarely decent parking or spots available on location causing one to have to park behind the parallel businesses located in front of the hotel and walk to the hotel. 5-Im sure it's standard in extended-stays to only have ONCE per week room service but it's a bit jaring and may have to buy your own cleaning supplies to supplement the room service being done every 7 days. Other than those discrepancies, a few shining stars made the extended stay tolerable. The House keepers were Extremely kind, providing that wholesome welcoming feel one would expect for such a pricey stay. They spoke, smiled and were very genuine. Only 2 of the many receptionist were consistently excellent in there customer service and didn't avoid eye contact as if my presence or needing of assistance was a bother to them. That was the taller heavyset African-American Gentle and long haired Younger Caucasian Male that exercised outstanding customer service and went over and beyond!

Lyncoya at the front desk left an amazing impression with his ability to serve us professionally and with care. I didn’t have reservations but he took care of me and my family promptly while being very knowledgeable of rates, and room availability that accommodated well. The room was clean and up to a good standard. Maintenance staff and housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. I had previous reservations at 3 different hotels. They all were not up to our standards of cleanliness, value, or customer service. Candlewood suites knocked it out the park for us. We’ll be visiting again next month.
